Picked up some items out in Sherwood Park today and finally had the opportunity to stop in and experience Roasti Coffee Co.

They're located in a small stripe of stores. There's ample parking available, including handicap parking right out front. The atmosphere was awesome; there' seating both inside and outside and the foot traffic was constant for their quaint location. The mix of clientele was enjoyable to watch; friend dates, whole family of four, casual meet ups, the solo remote worker on their laptop, lunch time eaters and moms taking the much needed caffeine break with their kiddos...this place sees it all.

Their menu is simple yet hits all the notes. As always I ordered a cup of their drip coffee to stay, picking their Brazilian Dark Roast and an Italian Cheese bread sandwich which they kindly heated up for me. My first sip of coffee, oh my...it was smooth, flavorful and so nice. Added some sugar and cream as I waited for my sandwich. And let me tell you, the sandwich was delicious.

While I was probably making happy noises as I ate, server came over and asked how everything was tasting. Got the chance to talk about their food products, which are all made locally, Carley gave me all the info. Their weekly sandwiches come from Everyday Food Co. all week and weekend, who are located just two doors down. Since Everyday Food Co. doesn't have any indoor seating, many buy their meals there (options that are not sold at Roasti) and then come over and grab a coffee and enjoy both at Roasti. King of Tastes creates Vegan options and are available from Thursday to Sunday at Roasti. And if that wasn't cool enough, Fox Donuts can be found on Saturdays. Any donuts that are still available on Sunday, are sold at a discount.

Took a seat at the counter against the wall and people watched for an hour. I brought my Kindle but I couldn't stop watching the people who came to get their caffeine/sweet tooth fix or those working behind the counter. I love the art of coffee. From the espresso art, pour over, milk foaming, coffee grinding, cold brew pouring....love it all. Their cups and plates also need to be mentioned. When staying in to enjoy your choice drink or food, their cups and plates are beautiful. This just adds to the experience of their products.

People cleaned up the tables themselves and no sooner did they leave, another person or group would enter and need the space. Though they were constantly busy, each new order was made and served in a timely manner and with a smile and typically with small talk as they knew almost everyone in some way.

As an added bonus, the pour over that was being made in front of me was a Sugar Cane Decafe. There was a little extra left over and all the servers tried it and were all impressed. I too was even offered a taste. I was then given a bit of back story of how this coffee was created and it was such a nice touch. I love all things coffee so this was such an added treat.

Wasn't ready to stop trying their menu so I order their Nitro and a Cinnamon Bun, which they again offered to heat up for me. My Nitro was served in a glass cup since I was staying. The color was beautiful and watching it settle was pretty. The Cinnamon Bun was fresh, sweet and just perfection.

Selection of alcoholic drinks are available too, including locally made Sea Change. How cool is that! There's kids books for the lil ones to look at while parents enjoy their cup, as well as a place to recycle coffee bags and they're doing a Roasti After Dark Jazz Night!!

There's two bathrooms, both have doorways that can easily accommodate a wheelchair. They are painted brightly and are nice and clean. Small cabinets are located in them that offer feminine hygiene products too if needed.

This place has to be my favorite Café that I have discovered. Everyone who works there chatted with me during my hour long visit. From coffee, to food and even tattoos; no subject was left out and I wish I got all of their names to give them a shout out. Hands down, I will make the...

Roasti Coffee Co.: Our First Visit Was a Roasting Revelation!

My wife and I decided to check out Roasti Coffee Co. for the very first time today, and it was a genuinely refreshing experience.

What immediately struck us was the unique atmosphere. Unlike many coffee shops, Roasti openly showcases the heart of their operation: the impressive coffee bean roasting machines. Seeing them in the background, knowing the coffee is roasted right there, added a fascinating layer to the whole experience. It gives you a real appreciation for the craft and the journey of the beans from raw to ready.

As for the drinks, they certainly lived up to the ambiance. I ordered a large latte, and it was absolutely superb. Smooth, perfectly frothed, and with a rich, well-balanced coffee flavor that truly shined through without being overwhelmed by the milk. It was exactly what I look for in a quality latte.

My wife, a cold brew aficionado, opted for their cold brew, and she was equally impressed. She described it as incredibly smooth and robust, with none of the bitterness that can sometimes plague cold brews. It was clearly crafted with care and expertise.

Overall, Roasti Coffee Co. delivered on all fronts: a unique, engaging atmosphere, and exceptionally well-made coffee. We left feeling completely satisfied and already talking about our next visit. We will definitely be back – there's something special about enjoying a great cup of coffee knowing it was roasted just steps away. Highly...

Had to review this one.

Tried first time the Roasti Coffee Co today @ 52 Brentwood Blvd, Sherwood Park. They close by 6PM so couldn't try that last time when we were in Sherwood park.

Amazing different flavor for coffee which is surely bit toward the roast side which I am thinking that's why they are called Roasti Coffee Co.

The atmosphere was amazing the way seating is designed which helps every age group to go and enjoy coffee in your own space & mood. I found out after reaching the place they do serve cafe's as in supplying coffee.

The choices for snack was also amazing and the size for cooking were huge. Kids loved it.

We will surely go again and enjoy the taste for coffee the only thing I would suggest is you can mention the way you like your coffee as in hot, strong, lite then it might come the way you like but we have a different opinion as in try first and then if its something off then you can mention the way you want.

Our server was Kate, I hope i spelled it right. And the staff was awesome too.

It's a must try out place for coffee lovers.

A Drip Black will surely keep you awake in case your day doesn't start without...

We ordered a double shot of Espresso and another coffee. I took one sip and it was unpalatable. We returned the coffee to the counter and although the barista remade it with a different blend the second Espresso was worse tasting than the first. I can't even begin to describe the foul taste it had. However, it did leave an after taste in my mouth that lasted 20 minutes. Good thing they give a glass of water with the Espresso shot. I used it to try to wash the horrible taste from my mouth. It really didn't work but I tried. Granted she said if that one was not acceptable she would make something else. Espresso is what I wanted. After 2 attempts and not succeeding I lost my desire for coffee and didn't order anything to replace it. I didn't make a fuss, I just left it untouched on the table and left. I would not order coffee again. The service is acceptable but the flavour of the Espresso is very questionable. There are Italian Nonna's (grand mothers) rolling over in their graves. I make a better Espresso at home with my $150 Espresso machine. We came along way (West Edmonton) to use a gift card we received but it will probably not get used.
