Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

"Worst service, especially night shift people does not matter what you're going to order they're going to give you something entirely different. My drinks wasn't right and my food is never right by the drivethrew I said to the lady by the window I said this is not the right order I didn't order this I ordered creamy chocolate chili and you gave me cold coffee and she said it's the same thing I said can I please get my order right it was at night and she told me to leave from here I said can I know your name please she said my name is "PINK" and I'm the manager here. I gave up and drove around and walked in through the door. Having the door open is a breach in protocal. When I went in she gave me the excuse that the drink machine is broken i said then you should off told me that Anyways she told me this is the samething i said no its not n i put my cold coffee on the counter n while i was leaving from there she used that language That I could also understand she said something that was inappropriate n the only thing I said was I'm gonna call the Tim Hortons office she said go ahead Sir I'm here tomorrow too I just left from there ... BAD Management she's needs...

Placed my order which after correcting the till lady 3 times biscuit sausage combo double sausage. 3 orders all same 2 coffee's and one iced Carmel mac. Not a hard order right??? This Timmie's could not get it right they had no biscuit and tried subbing out. Then gave me my sandwich order I asked were the drink are she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I asked again still nothing really 5 mins and I get 2 drinks 2 coffee's and I wait..... Still maybe 5 people in store so not crazy. NO ONE ON THE FLOOR KNEW How TO MAKE MY ICE CARMEL Mac. So know did.... I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER. ( this woman did NOTHING. My sandwiches which are now COLD she looks at me and walked away.) October 2 8:35 am.... THIS MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED.. Her staff 10+ were and are clearly NOT TRAINED AT ALL. Would not recommend as being close to truck stops you would think 1. They would be fast. 2. They should be able to make the items on their menu. 3. When there is a complaint walking way from a daily Timmie's customer... REALLY REALLY NOT A WAY TO REPRESENT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Go to any other store this on does not want to stay...

I am saddened that this degree of food & service is considered a Canadian icon. Food is sub par, donuts are sawdust dry and coffee is hideous. Having said that, the most frustrating part of the Tim experience is the staff. I am aware that they are somehow "rewarded" for efficiency. I will now refuse to pay for another half cut sandwich, semi-smeared dry bagel, a wrap consisting on the ingredients thrown into a paper bag, accompanied by black lettuce.(YES, this happened) All of this is literally shoved thru the drive window in a crumpled paper bag, not even closed properly, while an employee squeaks in a sing-song voice to "Have a good day Ma'am." Thank you, I will have a good day at the A&W right next door to you from now on. You should have stuck with what you used to do well Tim's...fresh coffee & donuts. You don't offer either of...
