This place shares its parking with the Super 8 Motel which means the parking lot is typically jammed with massive 4x4 trucks with snowmobiles on the back of them as Sicamous is popular in the winter with “Sledders” as the affectionately call themselves but the locals just call them Sledheads. I saw no evidence of any parking available for physically challenged people, I suspect that their may have been but it was probably occupied by one of the thoughtful Sledheads with a massive 4x4. Just so you know expect to park on the street which is a considerable distance away as the parking sucks here at the best of times. Regardless we soldiered on and finally made it inside but discovered that their are limited options for people who are physically challenged or elderly with mobility issues so the four of us ended up crammed onto a tiny table but with a view of the dock. As a local I usually avoid this place after having so many terrible experiences here but my friends were visiting and since there are limited options in Sicamous decided on this place. We ordered our food and then waited and waited and waited for our food to finally show up when it finally did we were completely underwhelmed by the mediocre food, cold, small portions, the veggie mushroom burger was like a hockey puck and the western burger was overcooked and dry, the Hoagie was inedible so the meal was expensive terrible and cramped what an experience after them driving all the way from Vancouver for this! Although the waitress was nice service wasn’t great we had long waits for refills and they were not very attentive. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone yes they’ve got a good location with a nice view but the quality of service and the quality of food with the premium price simply isn’t worth it which is why most locals avoid this place, it’s tourist focused and seemingly not repeat customer focused

One of the few restaurants in Sicamous, sadly, it’s a pass. The food and service has continued to decline for many years now. A busy joint in the summer for boat goers after a long day on the lake, the location has such great potential. But as it is, you can expect a run down bar / restaurant located on the waterfront narrows with boat mooring — short on staff, space, atmosphere, and most importantly, lacking good quality food and service. As a long time visitor to the area every summer, I visit every year with high hopes that the kitchen and service has turned around, but this is not the case. My hungry family of five arrived for dinner today with no lineups, not too busy, and we’re seated promptly in the “family seating area” inside — only to be left for over 45 minutes waiting on our food to arrive and a drink refill. Our food came out, not hot, and not great — thankfully my kids aren’t picky, so at least they were fed. I ordered a Thai peanut salad — with too few greens, too many noodles, precooked chicken, and swimming in bland dressing. The other meals at our table were just “meh”. Our server wasn’t empathetic, did not offer to substitute or reduce our bill, leaving one of us hungry and with a steep bill. Overall, right now, I don’t recommend. I do hope that the new owner (if they find one) will overhaul the space, the kitchen, and service.

maybe we just ordered the wrong things, but the food here was just.. not good. me and 2 friends ordered one entree each. i originally wanted the fish and chips but was told they were out only when i tried ordering it. the meals we did end up choosing took almost two hours to arrive. when the meals finally did arrive, my spaghetti tasted almost like nothing at all, while my friend’s steak sandwich came medium rather than the medium rare he ordered. we didn’t want to risk having to wait another two hours for food again, so we just added lots of salt and pepper and ate everything the meals took so long that i asked if i should order an appetizer if the wait would be much longer. the server didn’t give me a timeframe at all and just put in the order, then the entrees appeared 5 min later! at least the spinach dip i ended up ordering was pretty tasty! the server was super nice and kept checking in. i’m sure she would have gotten us new meals if we wanted, but we are not ones to bother or blame the server when they did nothing wrong the waterfront view and choice of indoor or outdoor seating was nice and pretty. with the food being expensive, slow, and bland, i would unfortunately not recommend or come back here

We called ahead of time to check if our large group of 16 required a reservation, they noted that they do not take reservations and would be able to accommodate us. We showed up at 7pm and waited until 7:30pm to be seated which was to be expected for a weekend evening. The hostess attempted to seat us at tables that were only set up for 14 people, but realistically could only fit maybe 12 people comfortably. We were then moved to a new spot where we were quite snug and our group was split up but able to fit a bit better. We ordered right away when our server came around. We did not get our food until 9:30pm. One of our appetizers was not rung in and the server continued to explain that the kitchen must have forgotten it, upon viewing our bill it was noted that the appetizer was rung in as a rushed item. We finished eating around 9:45pm and our group was chatting and saying good bye to each other. One of the other servers then motioned for us to hurry up and told us to "get out". Many in our party have worked in the service industry before and know that having a walk in table of 16 can be a lot, but the service that we received was disappointing to say the least. The food was pretty good for the most part, but we will be trying other options in the...
