A&W Canada — Restaurant in Sorel-Tracy

I wanted a trio teen burger with only bacon and mustard. I got a lady on the other side of the microphone who when she asked me if I had any A&W discount coupons was MUCH MORE FOCUSED on how she can possibly give me a discount to WHAT I WANTED TO EAT. She tried to charge me a mama burger cause it was cheaper but I wanted a teen burger in a trio. Finally she worked it out apparently although she made me repeat my order 11 times and when I finally got to the window I paid , and she gave me my order of food in a bag but there were NO DRINKS. I said I ordered a trio in fact it was three identical trios : three teen burger trios with fries and rootbeer.

But the only thing she was stuck on was how to get me a GOOD PRICE, what if she had given me my trios as I ordered them isnt that suppose to give us a better price already as a trio? I never asked for a discount but she wouldn't let it go. For 10 minutes she insisted on trying to save me a few cents or a dollar. Give me a break. I am no longer going there unless I have a discount coupon maybe I can get my...

We went to the drive-thru and we had to wait 5 minutes before she took our order, she did not greet us or tell us to wait we had to say excuse me? While she was taking our order she started talking with another employee without even saying excuse me or hold on! She was very rude and we had to wait 15 minutes and when it was brought to us it was incomplete. The food did not taste good, there was so much liquid leaking out from the burger it made the bun soggy and the onion rings had no seasoning. Obviously there is a huge lack of management, go anywhere...

Mardi le 10 mai 15h45 , nous avons commandé 2 trios teen, le tous étaient très froid et le très très bon burger, la viande était infecte ! Inmangable !! Nous somme retourné au restaurant de Sorel-tracy pour faire part de notre insatisfaction et comme réponse, la caissière de la commande a l'auto, nous a envoyée promener en nous répondant que si ont n'aimait pas la viande que ce n'était pas son problème ! Et je lui est répondu la semaine passé j'en est manger un et il était vraiment bon, mais aujourd'hui il goûtait la viande avarié!!! Fini je ne retournerai plus jamais au A&W de Sorel-tracy !!

Mise a jour le 25 mai. Nous sommes retourné au aw de sorel pour le déjeuner, malheureusement quel gâchis, employé très très non chaland. Sa tourne au ridicule. Conseil, vous devriez engager moin d'employés incompétent au lieu d'encourager le volume d'employés , vous devriez valoriser des employés de qualité. 2 bon employés = 6 incompétent. Regardez le pain qui nous ont servi blanc, non cuit. et les oeufs, ont as demandé cuisson léger pour les oeufs et nous avons reçu 1 assiette avec oeufs très cuit. Je m'adresse au propriétaire, vous devriez revoir la sélection de vos employés. Aucun employés se nettoie ses main après avoir sorti de cuisine et revenir à son poste de travail.

28 août 2025 Avons été dîner, jeune homme au comptoir des commandes avait aucune façon, pas de sourire, parle très faiblement et est de surcroît très non chalands. Point positif, 2 trio mozza , frite étaient très bon et surtout chaude. Belle amélioration. Je recommande un détour en espérant que sa va juste continuer de s'améliorer... Car aw est dans notre culture...
