The owner was extremely rude when we asked for a blueberry flavored baby cone (for an 18 month old) and proceeded to freak out when we stated that we received one last week without a problem. He demanded to know what day we received it in harsh tones, and yelled at us saying it was only regular flavors for the baby cone. We understood that if it was against policy it could have been explained to us in normal conversation. However that wasn't the case and the children were upset after leaving. Very unimpressed...guy was rude ...was busy and under staffed....asked for icecream in bowls and got comes ...got mad when asked for just the bowls ...didnt give spoons so had to asked for spoon ... had a little girl around 9 helping change the garbage ...he was using his hands picking threw the garbage with out gloves ...and someone yelled out the back door to someone "No smoking "and slammed door ... everything was very unprofessional....if you going to open early in the spring ... make sure your staffed proper and really to get busy ... over everything that happened ...probly...
