A the moment, I am giving any Canada Dairy Queen a 2 star. Why? Because you are only doing drive thru. Unfortunately, that is NOT very convenient for your pedestrian customers (the customers who do not drive or have access to a car). How are those people suppose to get food from your restaurant if they don't have a car or drive a car? Will you let pedestrians use the drive-thru? WHy don't you do what many other businesses have done since the virus showed up...Install temporary plastic shields on your counters!!!!!!!!! Why don't you have a hand sanitizer station insall on the wall between the doors so customers can wash their hands before entering the restaurant!!!!!! You need to think about everyone here and not just the people using cars. Hopefully you will reopen the lobby so people can still go inside to place their orders to go. My family and I always go inside the lobby to order our food because that is the only way we know our orders will not be messed up. Read moreWent through the drive thru with the wife tonight and got a couple blizzards in Exeter. On the drive thru sign it says served upside down or the next one is free. They didn't flip either of the Blizzard's over and when I asked for my free small Blizzard coupon the young lady said that they don't do that in drive thru and said she wouldn't honor what the sign says even after showing her the picture of what the sign says. (Picture shared below).
I've been to many Dairy Queens and every single one flips the blizzard over and if they don't and you call them on it they will give you the small Blizzard coupon. So why is it only Exeter that doesn't do this and won't honor what is clearly stated on the sign?

Read moreTook the family out for ice cream and some food tonight, when i returned the order of small onion rings (which should of been large), i was pleasant about the mix up, but cannot say the same for the young lady working. Really like she gave me a very rude look, just handed me the new order and turned her head in disgust !! Maybe you should give these employees a lesson in customer service as it seems there not very pleasant at the Exeter location. PS maybe if they let the customer order properly and not cut them off after every word, they would get the order...
