Flavour Fuel — Restaurant in St. Catharines

This place is 10 out 5 stars! Everytime I go I can never decide what I want because everything sounds delicious and fresh! And everything I've tried was sooo good that I just want that again but I keep trying new items from the menu and it just keeps getting better and better!

Today was the Bacon Chicken Ranch wrap! Holy!!! From the very first bite all the way through you are literally filled with flavour fuel! Every bite is packed with pure goodness. Wraps are packed and ingredients are soo fresh. I took one bite on my drive home and ended up finishing it all because I could not stop! It's that good!

Major bonus is most if not all the food is good for you and leaves you feeling energized . Even the desserts!!! Tried the zucchini pecan chocolate chip muffin! Sooo good soft and moist and packed with flavour! And ofcourse I couldn't decide on one so I also got the sugar free turtle cheese cake! So light but rich. Ohh I'm soo content right now.

If you haven't been yet. You gotta try it out! It gets addictive!

I was looking for an alternative dessert for my daughter for Thanksgiving as she has strict diet restrictions due to health reasons … an impossible thing to find … until someone referred me to Flavour Fuel. I spoke several times with Kelly and she made a point of asking a lot of questions and referencing with her daughter, who does the baking, to ensure our needs were met. The outcome were the most delicious lemon curd and blueberry cupcakes! They were decorated beautifully and tasted absolutely delicious!! Aside from the delicious dessert… what impressed me the most was the loving care that Kelly and her daughters gave me. They were so kind and caring and courteous. I visited Flavour Fuel for the first time today as I was finally in the area and I have heard a lot of good things from people. I wasn’t expecting it to be a little place in the parking lot of the gas station but that seems to be where all the good finds are! Unassuming but delicious 🤫

They lived up to the hype!

This is the biggest wrap I’ve ever gotten in my life - when I say it’s the size of a Chipotle burrito I’m not exaggerating … maybe even slightly bigger. The veggies were crunchy, the sauces were great. I asked for a side of buffalo since it can vary greatly depending on the place but I LOVE their buffalo with the chicken bacon ranch wrap.

I got a tub of the chicken salad to eat with crackers at work.

Only one thing would make it better - being closer so I can come more often!
