How difficult it is to be nice these days??? This store seems struggling with it.
Travelled from Toronto for the very first time, After 3 hr drive i went to Tim hortons to get a bagel and water, time: 1:20 pm, 06 Apr 2022 and i didn't asked the server name she was standing at the cash counter taking order, she was acting rude to the old lady putting the order ahead me i felt bad and when my turn came she did the same with me, and I politely asked her can you be a bit more polite or can i talk to your manager and at last she said ‘You can get out ‘ to me in front of everyone i almost cried. Later manager came and the other customer witnessed that she told me to get out of the store. I believe there was a senior home nearby and they get like lot of customers who are old, Politeness should be embedded in their attitude.
Later the another girl took my order, i told her i just told her to be polite to the customer and she took it in the wrong way. I know everyone have struggle going on in their life but being rude to your customers wont help you to attract more customers to your store
Later someone passed on the comment ‘Oh she just need a free coffee’ so unprofessional. Whoever is the owner of this store must provide training to the staff on dealing with the customers.
Will never visit this store again,such a bad experience.
My friend saw me crying and we Later went to store again and the manager was Nice and she told me her name was Katie or cathy. One thing for sure i am never visiting this store again unless they train their employees to speak nicely...
Read moreNot satisfied at all with the service.. we were three girls in a car ..and tried ordering something (preferred coffee) around 2:35 but they refused that we can’t make it without espresso..we were like ok, we ordered something else instead… but the time we were picking up the order from drive tru.. we just confirmed that u guys dont make it without espresso there was a lady she was bit old in age she replied no …we dont (in a polite manner) .. one of us said Branches in Brampton do make it ( polite manner used) ..and the another yound lady (with the braces on her teeths) jumped in a conversation..saying rudely that “ ThiS IS not Brampton “ like bruh are we talking to you!? Request to the manager don’t employ such kind of people at the place .. you can find many more outside seeking job for earnings, and one more thing I understand that a person do have a bad day ,, but its not important the one you are talking to is always in a good mood too,, we were working from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm in a long term- were tired too… we handled it politely.. no one else is gonna do so every time …
Secondly.. I odered the same coffee earlier 2 times by walk in … and they made it earlier… the person who have to satisfy their customer try every single thing.. dont just yell on...

This is my order medium tea with three sugars
Two English muffins double toasted with butter and eggs and cheese
I got my order went to sit down and eat it nothing was made right English muffin was not toasted there was no butter on the English muffin there was egg and cheese on there
I stood at the counter with four five employees standing there didn't even bother to ask me why I'm standing there finally somebody come up to me after the 5 minutes of waiting
Manager is standing there the sandwich maker brought my sandwiches threw it on my table saying that the order wasn't rang in properly the disrespect I got from this Tim Hortons is ridiculous I have been going to Tim Hortons for the last 22 years never had disrespect like this I cannot believe that the manager okayed that employee treating me the way...
