As a tourist visiting Canada, I had the pleasure of dining at here, and it was an absolute highlight of my trip! From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. For my main course, I chose the pho, and it was truly a standout! The broth was rich and flavorful, with the kind of depth that can only come from hours of simmering. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the generous portions of tender beef and fresh herbs made every bite a delight. I loved adding a squeeze of lime and some jalapeño slices for that extra zing!

Okay, so I ordered over Doordash. And decided to give this place a shot cause I noticed they had a veg and tofu option for pho. I'm not vegetarian but have a severe shellfish allergy and most broths contain fish sauce sadly. This allergy developed later in life after I've experienced pho in all its glory so I made some sacrifices to ensure I can still enjoy it. I called ahead and was greated by a kind voice over the phone and she offered me the vegan broth which they make in house after ensuring it was safe with the chef. I've tried veg phos from several places in St Catharines and they've all been rather lack luster, but I whole heartedly enjoyed ever bite of this and the broth is PACKED with flavour. I have been to this place for soup and it was yummy.. so yesterday I ordered 80.00 worth of the most unappetizing food I've ever got from takeout.. The sweet and sour chicken was soggy and the flavour was like they threw too much soy sauce in it the chicken and cashews dish the same and the spicy beef only thing edible.. the soring rolls were gidd. I was expecting food I could at least eat.. after a few bites we threw it in garbage. Waste of money and never again.. I trusted the reviews here and never expected this experience.. the food was picked up immediately in 20 minutes after I ordered .. the drive here is 5 minutes.. I personally took this food out and opened the containers.. I've had takeout before.. nothing like this.. keep your lousy 15 percent.. that's like a tip amount..lame excuses .
