Urban Cravings — Restaurant in St. Catharines

This is not the first time the service has been poor, but this has been the poorest service to date. Went in the shop nobody else in the shop. We were greeted right away very friendly. I put my order in for my wrap and we were also getting smoothie bowls. The girl making the wrap tell the other girls that were over there waiting to get smoothie bowls made. We were totally ignored. I understand that there are possibly other orders being done like on like orders, etc. but the girls were just puttering around. So besides a woman who had to go out to the car to get something and come back in there were no other customers. So while my wrap Is being made another person comes in their stuff gets made. They’re cashed out. The other person gets cashed out and we’re still standing there. The wrap I ordered isn’t even finished and we haven’t even been served over on the other counter for Smoothie bowls. The person making my wrap is all of a sudden on the phone and after about three minutes, I went over and very kindly said that I was a little frustrated and what was going on…… So 1 million excuses and apologies, and we still stood there waiting and waiting and waiting. So they finally came over and made our smoothie bowls and we cashed out. So now we have our smoothie bowls, and I have a stinking soggy wrap that’s been sitting around for who knows how long Because of the very poor service. Don’t get me wrong. Great FOOD but terrible customer service when something goes wrong. Ordered a customer salad one time they forgot the dressing , when I called back they were like , yah drive back to get some, we'll no sorry my lunch is already finished I don't have time to drive back, another time I accidentally placed an order at a different location and when I came to pickup my order they said I had to pay for the additional one that was made incorrectly ? Like why would I pay for two salads and also why would I drive across town to pickup the one that was made incorrectly when I'm on my lunch , terrible customer service , asking me to pay for two salads ! That doesn't make any sense and literally no other food place would make you do that. So again great food but go luck if you need great customer service , they definitely don't care about...

Had their food before and it was good. The service was the exception this time. Placed the takeout order online and waited 25 minutes for the email saying it was ready. Drove down anyways even though there was no email. Got in and asked 1 of the 5 girls standing around chatting for our order only to find out the didnt even check their machine and our order hadn’t even been started. In their haste to get our lunches ready they managed to include the avocado stem in my poke bowl and forgot the utensils and napkins…. I guess this wouldnt have been so bad if even one of the staff had apologized and said sorry rather than just holding up a bag and saying “here’s your order” which made me regret the online tip.
