Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in St. Thomas

I went to little Caesars yesterday around 3:15 pm. There was a young girl on til, clearly she was new and was still in the learning stage. She was having alot of difficulty,, there was a line up and a bit of a wait. Hats off to the customers who were patient and understanding. A huge hats off to the young girl for handling herself as best she could.

A HUGE thumbs down to the women who was clearly supposed to be training her.she would pop her self out from the back, watch her and leave. Did not speak to her, did not speak ti the customers, was apparent that she did not like her job , looked miserable, I could go on and on about how poor of a trainer/supervisor/employee she was, but I won't. The poor young girl was so nervous, I felt so bad for her. I hope she gets to see this, or someone who knows her sees this and to let her know , that not all jobs will be like this and you did a amazing job holding yourself together, it will get better and not all people you work for will be as horrible as the one you were working with yesterday. The one star is fir the supervisor/trainer. I give 5 stars to the trainee. Little Caesars should really look into this as the trainee was almost in tears. Went to get a pizza today waited 12 minutes for help then when she came out she asked what do you want . All I wanted was a hot n ready and she's like that'll be 10 minutes ... it was noon ... how do you have no hot and ready at lunch time?? Noone in site. The lady was extremely rude. She obviously doesn't love her life.. I'm not quite sure how she still has a job still very rude very unprofessional. She yelled because I commented on how it's not hot and ready and she actually yelled at me then went back in the kitchen and started throwing dishes around... she comes out little while after and drops the pizza on the counter from a pretty high distance and said there's your hot and ready..... we didn't end up eating the pizza because who knows what this crazy lady did to the pizza..... she's lucky I didn't throw it at it... will never go to this location ever again and from reading all the reviews I'm not the first to deal with this crazy lady . Hopefully she will no longer have a job soon until then we...

I am so unbelievably shocked, I cannot believe this! I was just told by "Jo" from Little Caesers in St. Thomas that the driver cannot deliver to us anymore since it is 4 minutes out of their delivery area. I called to ask if we could come up with a solution to continue this (like a different delivery time as the driver still wants to deliver and she gets $11 tip). I explained that my disabled son enjoys/counts on having pizza/movie Saturday nights as we order every Saturday night. Jo said "IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM YOU HAVE A DISABLED CHILD and you shouldn't use that against me"!!!!!!!! I was so shocked that I could barely speak.
