in St. Thomas Pizza Tonite WAS so Good. The best in town or comparable BUt WTH happened? First their staffing crew are not polite , well, only if u act the way the command vs actually listening to you. Everytime I order they get the exact same order mess up. HOW ?? The quality has plummeted HUGELY of the Food, Specifically the pizza. it uswd to be thicdk juicy and just the all around PIZZA as we know A PIZZA is,. But Now I get this thin hardly anything to it, dry crap. Making Pizza Pizza look Good. And Pizza Pizza was the record low of quality Pizza. . Idk know if owners now changed. None the less . Sure the guy offered to remedy this on the phone. Delivery me another sauce . By which my DF shrooms would of been too cold. I said but guy. This is a reoccurring problem you guys have on the exact same simple problem that ruins my meal. I said their wont be a third time. i am done with Pizza Tonite. The quality and service isnt worth . The over priced and crap srervice order wrong everytime. The delivery was fast. Which ias nice. But why wouldnt it be.They prolly dont get that much business like they used too. Made an order at 430pm. Nothing received by 530pm. Called to inquire about said order. Received nothing but attitude, about how they attempted to deliver (was home and waiting, also have dogs) and how they attempted to call multiple times (nothing on the call display at the number I left). They offered no apology and tried to guilt trip me about how they were out money. I'm assuming I dealt with the manager given the tone on how I was spoken to and the trend in responses to negative reviews. She was extremely standoffish and confrontational. Been a customer for years. Won't be again.

Update: Food finally arrived by 630pm. Then I saw the owner's response to my message. I think that more than speaks for the level of poor customer service I received. Regardless of the mishap, I should not have been talked to in the way I was. For the record I was at home with our 4 kids, while my significant other was out running errands. This place has the most consistently great pizza in the city. It is cooked absolutely perfectly every time, isn’t too greasy, has a nice crisp crust and the perfect sauce to cheese ratio. No matter what I order, it is ready in 20 mins tops and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. All the sides are excellent too, particularly the wings, pickle spears, shrimp and chicken nuggets. My go to pizza spot for over 20 years and somehow every pizza I have ever ordered has been exactly what I expect… the consistency of their execution is unreal. Same goes for the panzerottis… easily the best in town and perfectly cooked every time! Pizza tonight is a great local spot that I am always happy to support. They employ lots of young people too which is nice to see and greatly appreciated by the community in a time when lots of young people are struggling to enter the workforce.
