Good pizza, awful service.

Ordered ahead of time tonight, got there for pickup at the time they said it would be ready. One employee asked my name, disappeared and didn’t come back. A second employee asked, checked and said it would be 7-10 minutes still. Ok, they’re busy, I get it. My husband left immediately to pick up our kids so he wouldn’t miss the pickup time, and I waited in the restaurant, sitting at a table directly in front of the counter. Multiple customers came and went. I was still waiting there 15 minutes later and joked that they forgot about me. Husband called the store and they said that it was ready a few minutes ago and didn’t know anyone was there waiting. I asked if we could get a discount since not one but 2 employees had forgotten me, the female employee claimed that she hadn’t talked to me at all (she was the first one who asked my order name and then didn’t come back), got the manager instead. Long story short, they then tried to claim that it had been “ready the whole time” and I missed them calling my order in the 30 seconds I went to the parking lot to give my husband the car key, even though that was immediately after they had told me it would still be 7-10 minutes. We ended up leaving with no pizzas and will never...

Wow! This place puts out really good pizza! We ordered a large 5 topping for delivery, which was more than enough for three hungry grown-ups. The toppings were well distributed, the cheese was perfect, and that sesame crust was a knock-out perfect finish - not a single crust left. To me, that's the perfect compliment you can give to a pizza (and of course, to the folks who make them!)

So big thanks for a delicious meal, and we'll definitely be back.

Update: So, spoiler alert.. we went back, and then went back a bunch more times after discovering their knock out walk in orders. Holy cats, you can eat like you're at an Ancient Roman Buffet and still have enough money left over in your pocket to pay the piper. That sesame crust appears in my dreams now. So good, so so good. And the folk who work at this place are so friendly and kind, you're missing out hard if you haven't tried this place. Like honestly, they just want you to eat well for the best possible price. So...

I really wanted to love this pizza, we got a flyer in the mail and it looked really good. We ordered 3 pizzas, a Meat Fans, an all meat and a bbq shrimp. The meat fans was not cooked through and my son had to throw out parts of it that were cold. The shrimp on the bbq shrimp pizza tasted completely off and today 2 of us are sick. We may have just had bad luck with our order as I do see a lot of very positive reviews. I called to let them know so it does not happen to someone else, I did not want money back and I did not want new pizza, but the lady I spoke with said she would call me back. When she did she proceeded to tell me that she checked my order and everything was okay but that she would send me a new bbq shrimp pizza if I wanted. I was simply calling to prevent this from happening again and I was basically told I was lying because she “checked” my order and it was okay. This turned me off enough that I will never order...
