My daughter and her fiancé went in and ordered 15 pizzas to be delivered at their wedding venue the Rustic Barn for their late night meal. They chose Dominos because it was their favourite pizza place and wanted to share it with their family and friends. The pizza was meant to be delivered at 10:00pm, when 10:00pm rolled around and there was no pizza delivery, the bride called and was told that Dominos had been trying to call her all day to confirm the order. As it was her wedding day, shockingly she did not have her phone on her! Also shockingly she had no missed calls on her wedding day! So they didn’t make the pizza! The bride my daughter at this point was freaking out as she was expecting to be feeding her guests pizza. There was no apology from the gentleman she spoke with and he was also very rude and gave no suggestions as to what could have been done! As the mother of the bride I went in on the Monday after the wedding to speak with the manager and he listened to me, apologized for the inconvenience and told me after he shook my hand that they would reach out to the bride. This was a week ago and she has yet to hear from the manager! I am so very disappointed with this place! Everyone that was at the wedding was also extremely disappointed with the customer service!
