McDonald's — Restaurant in Steinbach

These workers are a joke. I ordered all of my meals, when I paid and got my actual order, it was wrong. I told the girl it was wrong and she told me too bad thats what I ordered. I said no. I want it rectified. She then brought over some other female who said the exacy same thing. I said no I dont effing care. Fix the problem that is not what I ordered. She said hold on grabbed my receipt out of my bag with her unwashed hands, handed me the bag and left. Then Evan came, window opened and he threw my receipt at me yelling at me to leave right now or he was having a tresspassing order put on me because I made the girls cry apparently (I don't usually go to here anyways). He also yelled out that he was calling the rcmp, slammed the window, put some funky bar down like he was terrified or something. Not willing to correct the order at all. He then got on the phone to call the cops on me. I then noticed the girls standing there, not crying at all so I got video proof of the so called "scared girls" showing no fear standing right by him. You can see in the video he is trying to block my recording but miserably failed. Not only is this the worst service ever. That was assault. I will be contacting others regarding this situation from the Headquarters. No one should be assaulted ever. Shame on you Evan for assaulting a woman. Throwing things. You are in a uniform representing a company, and you can't even control assaulting a woman. This man needs to be fired...

Reading the horrible comments, its safe to say they have never worked at a Mcdonalds to know what its like on the other side of the counter. Or even if they have, forgotten how stressful it can get. It is the only Mcdonalds in Steinbach, so yes, it IS extremely busy and staff deserves understanding and patience. Obviously quick customer service matters but, we need to remember a lot of the time employees are working their butts off and often there are things out of their control that happens. (Like being understaffed) Or a certain item runs out and needs to be replaced which takes time etc. Everyone tries their best and are human beings, not machines. Imperfect though perfection is sought after and excellence encouraged by management. So the next time something takes 15 min etc or more, simply smile at your server and thank them and leave with your order. Imagine someone insulting you or getting angry and being hateful and rude. No one deserves that, even if your burger might not be ready as fast as it should. So I give Steinbach McDonalds 5 stars, because they work so hard and yes-its the only one in Steinbach-so be patient, seeing as the entire city AND surrounding areas come through at the same time demanding perfection all at once. I am so disappointed in the service I received last night. My boyfriend and I went to mcdonalds and waited 45 minutes for our food. Wasnt a large order. They did a system reset and said it would be 5 minutes. No big deal. After 5 minutes it took them an additional 40 minutes to make our SMALL meals. And to top it off, they had an employee that wasnt on shift shouting from the customer side of the counter of what she wanted and she got served before us, after she was served she CONTINUED to stand at the counter with her boyfriend. After we finished waiting for our food they were blocking off the pickup area and continued to yell and talk to the people preparing our meals. Then when someone wanted to order I guess the person in charge? Told another employee to get front and he flat out said "I cant" and the person continued to wait to be able to be served, and may I add the tables were all filthy, there was garbage everywhere and we had to clean our own table before we were able to sit down and eat. To TOP everything off last week we went through drive-thru got the same thing. We got it faster BUT when we looked through the window all the employees were pulling out there phones, and NOT washing them between making drinks and food. I'm...
