Burger King — Restaurant in Stony Plain

I recently visited Burger King and had the pleasure of being served by Jasmeen. I just want to say that their service was amazing! From the moment I walked up to the counter, Jasmeen greeted me with a big smile and a friendly attitude that made me feel right at home.

What really stood out to me was how quickly and efficiently Jasmeen helped me. They answered all my questions about the menu and even made some great suggestions that made my meal choice even better. It was clear that Jasmeen enjoys their job and really cares about providing great service.

I also noticed how well Jasmeen worked with their team. They communicated clearly with their coworkers, which helped everything run smoothly during the busy lunch rush. Jasmeen's positive energy made the whole restaurant feel nice and welcoming.

Overall, my experience at Burger King was so much better because of Jasmeen's dedication and professionalism. They truly know how to provide excellent service. I can't wait to go back and hope to be served by...

Just went there and got drive through for my son and I, myself got a double whopper meal and my son kids chicken nugget meal, my fries had so much salt that there was literally a pile of salt in the container and the fries were coated with a white color with so much salt and I cant fathom the amount of salt that was on the fries, and the whopper, was put together with absolutely no care whatsoever, the patties in the burger were so old and dry there was zero moisture in them, none zero actual cardboard would have served better as a burger patty, now usually the food is decent here but honestly just avoid it, go anywhere else, I literally just threw food in the garbage I wouldn't feed it to my dog absolutely horrible, but really who cares at a fast food place so lesson learned for me to just avoid. I went in with my friends on April 21, around 11:15. The lady who greeted us was cold and barely acknowledged us. She made us feel like an inconvenience to her! The lady would only take one order at a time and run off and boss her coworkers around while doing nothing herself. Not only that, she messed up my friends order twice and got mad at her! These workers mumble while taking our orders and don’t know how to multitask. When I asked for a couple of mayo packets she rolled her eyes at me and shoved them in my hand! I wouldn’t even give this place a one star review. There is only genuinely one individual there who is friendly he’s tall with a beard. Everyone else was so slow, careless and plain rude.
