I went to Quesada today after work to order dinner for myself and a family member. I saw advertised at my work that they were having a $2 burrito day where proceeds went to support our local hospital.
After waiting in line I got to the front to place my order, I asked for 1 of the sale burritos as well as a burrito bowl. I was then told it was only 1 item per person allowed... I would understand if it was just 1 SALE item per person allowed but it’s completely ridiculous for it to be only 1 ITEM per person, I was not able to order myself dinner as I ordered for my family member instead.
The lady behind me who was ordering for herself and her children was told she was only allowed 1 item as well, she offered to pay FULL PRICE for ALL of the items and they still said that she’d have to re line up for each of the 4 items she wanted, so she left. I don’t blame her!
It was terrible customer service! As a restaurant if you are only allowing customers to purchase 1 item per person that should be advertised on EVERY poster, flyer, and sign as well as posted as soon as you walk in the restaurant. The 1 item per person limit was not posted on any of the advertisements that I saw, nor were customers informed as soon as they got to the restaurant.
To NOT advertise a limit of 1 item per person, and for paying customers to only find that out AFTER waiting in line is EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. It felt as though they had no care for their customers satisfaction.
After this experience I will NOT be going back to or recommending this establishment to any of my friends, family...

Got there right on time. Order was not ready. The girls proceeded to serve customers who came in after me explaining it was a "rush" and I'd have to wait even though the customer I was picking up for ordered his food and was expecting it to be delivered ahead of everyone else. A customer is a customer, and mine was treated like they weren't as important. It took over 20 minutes from the time I arrived (and was to pickup) until I actually got the customer's order. I had to apologize to that customer on behalf of the restaurant. Your restaurant gets penalized when orders aren't ready in time. Drivers also lose out on other orders if they are made to wait longer than they should. I'm not sure if its negligence in checking the tablet for orders or they just decide to start them when drivers get to their restaurant, but they have the pickup and delivery times on their tablet. It also informs them I believe of when we arrive and potentially when the order has been accepted and the driver is on their way. Other restaurants are ready with the orders on time, no excuse why I had to wait so long last night. It's not like there was one employee working, there were two. One could've continued with customers in the restaurant while the other got my order completed, which should've been ready to hand off when I walked...
Read moreEvery time I’ve eaten here the food has been either just okay or REALLY bad......I have tried the chicken, pork and chili lime fish. Chicken was probably the best, a little dry but not bad for the price of a burrito. I had the pork in a burrito as well and it was extremely dry with some bits almost too hard to chew. The fish, however, ruined the whole meal when I got it in an order of tacos. The toppings were great and tasted fresh & flavourful. The fish was just slimy and I really didn’t get any chili lime flavour from it. I couldn’t even finish all 3 tacos because the texture and flavour was so off-putting. I think in the future I will continue to eat here but just stick to the veggie & bean options as I really enjoy the toppings, sauces and salsas, but the protein options have been very disappointing to me. The staff is also very friendly and the prices are very fair which makes it worth going here over other...
