Extremely poor coffee making and customer service. I ordered a 2 sugar 3 milk coffee last day. While attempting to drink it, it tasted not at all like a coffee. A strange and bad taste. I opened the lid to see. The coffee looked like it had only 1 milk. Also the cofee brewing or mixing was not anywhere near tims standards. I returned it to the girl who did it and she denied that there was less milk. I opened the lid and showed the dark color of the coffee. Then having no option to deny she gave two milk sachets and again insisted she had done it right in the first instance. Then walked away. There was no admission of mistake, an apology or a promise to do it right next time. This is not the first time i am getting coffee with less milk here, but this time it was so bad. Even after adding the 2 milk given additionally, it tasted bad. Somehow drank a few sips and then i discarded the coffee. Coffee made by some staff are not anywhere near tim horton...

When I drove into the parking lot I saw that the drive-thru Lane was full and there was only three people standing in line to go in the building. I stood in line for 10 minutes before watching the vehicle that was the last vehicle in line of the drive-thru drive away with their coffee. When I got into the building I waited another five minutes. There was at least five people working the drive-thru and one person working the cash for people inside the store. I used to work at a Tim Hortons and I I'm confident enough to say that the wait time for coffee was embarrassing. If you realize that you have a lineup of people you should have more than one person working the cash. Either that, or put someone on cash who is much more quicker with the orders. Read moreAbsolutely the worst service I’ve gotten in a while from an establishment like this… I am a contractor and I went to get coffee donuts and breakfast sandwiches for my crew and as soon as I started to order and said that I needed 10 breakfast sandwiches I got a deep sigh and an eye roll. I felt that it was super unprofessional as I was there spending over $100 on a single order at their establishment. The attitude I received from the gentleman taking my order was something else after I paid I asked for the receipt and he said okay over there but he did not print out or hand me anything, my thought was he may not have heard me and when I mentioned it again he was very loud and said “Don’t worry you’ll get it!” Very very rude.
