It was worst experience ever in a Subway today. Manager should notice this review. I came in around 12:30 PM today (June 18). There were 2 girls working. They were making Subs for a couple with 2 kids. Also, making online order at the same time. What I noticed, no greeting on first place. Then, I waited 8-10 minutes, then it was my turn, I ordered veggie patty 6 inch multi grain. The girl was nice but here is what happened: The girls were not wearing hair net, she started my order in the middle of the online order which was non-veg with other girl who was making it and Sub making line was very dirty, looked unsanitized. Even the grossest thing was she used same gloves 🧤 as she made Turkey and Ham subs for the couple in previous order. She toasted only 22 seconds. Then, she added veggie according to my choice. When she was adding sauces, she was tapping the bottle on the dirty line, the veggies and garbage on the line was sticking with sauce bottle and dropping into my Sub. I felt bad. Also, the time of wrapping my Sub, she was directly wrapping it into the outermost wrapper. She forgot to use the white paper wrapper on which she made Sub. Then she realized it, she again used the same white wrap and then outer wrap and finally fixed the mistake. I wonder if there's anyone to supervise. I wonder how the things will be in the backroom, sinks, utensils and other important things. Then, using the same gloves touching on the monitor to Punch my order. I am vegetarian person. I felt that much disturbed and miserable that I thought to throw the Sub in garbage and leave. But as I should not disrespect the food, that's being served to me, I smiled and said thank you for making efforts for making my food today. It was not that busy to make such mistakes. Manager should notice these things. If a customer orders veggie patty, then they should take care. It's a rule that they should change their gloves before starting the new order. The girl there was on her phone with her headphones on and when I asked her if she can make my order first as I was getting late for work. She seemed to be rude and was talking on phone and was using a kind of abusive language. She didn’t even changed her gloves after making a non-vegetarian sub and made my order with the same gloves. As a pure vegetarian person this is not acceptable for me. I requested the sub to be grilled and it was not. Read moreNormally I go here and it's a pleasant experience. Today I left feeling very dissatisfied. It was a short female behind the counter. The worker was very rude and made no effort to be kind. She had an attitude as if "I don't want to be here so I'm going to make it awful for others". I then proceeded to clearly tell her my order that both subs had the same topping but different sauces. I tell her to put mayo on both. Then I say I want honey mustard sauce on the second sub. She proceeds to put it on the first sub, completely messing up my order.
