Cute little place. The inside, by the pay/order area is a bit congested, but the outside patio is adorable. My niece and I got the peach & apricot cake and the berry pavlova which were delicious, but a little pricey. The reason I am giving this place a 2 star is because the coffee was extremely weak and not very good. I saw a review from two weeks ago with a similar comment. I ordered a mocha, which was made with chocolate syrup and white milk (the best mochas are made with chocolate milk and a double shot of espresso). It only came in one size 16oz so all I could taste was milk, as there wasn’t much chocolate. As a result I didn’t drink much of it. Most traditional mochas, cappuccinos and lattes utilize anywhere from 6-10 ounce cups, so you can taste the espresso, but there was only the one size. I’ll be back for the desserts, just not the drinks…Based on their response to my review, I’m not sure if mine or others feedback will...

An adorable, earnest, and skilled bakery producing excellent treats and dishes in the heart of BC orchard country. The rough-around-the-edges appearance does little to hide the commitment to quality and a relaxing atmosphere. From breakfast to baked goods, this bakery/cafe is a labour of love, made all the more lovely by an idyllic patio filled with life.

The waffles are divine. Fluffy waffles are accompanied by all the freshest fruits of the valley, compote, clotted cream, and an excellent caramel sauce. Truly some of the best waffles I've ever had; a satisfying, balanced, and decadent breakfast experience.

Baked goods sing just as loud, with a honey cake that represents the best of Ukrainian desserts and profiteroles that speak to the skill of the chef. I could shovel that honey cake into my mouth all day.

Looking forward to returning on subsequent visits...

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality, wonderful service, and delicious food at this place. What impressed me the most was seeing people patiently waiting in line outside — and that’s always my first sign that a spot is worth visiting. If there’s a line, it usually means the food is truly good and people come back because they love it.

That was exactly the case here. We waited just about 10 minutes and then enjoyed our drinks and desserts to the fullest — totally worth it! The atmosphere, the taste, and the service left a lasting impression.

I definitely recommend this place. And for anyone traveling through, make sure to stop by — our local businesses deserve the support, and you’ll leave happy...

Delightful cafe that is a cut above what you might be expecting. There are a lot of surprises here, tucked away on a former residential lot, just off the main drag in Summerland. The paninis were simple, but cleverly seasoned. Coffee drinks were rich, with no hint of bitterness. All that can be enjoyed in privacy in the charming outdoor grotto, weather permitting. Staff were very, very accommodating. Pricing is slightly above coffee shop norms, particularly on the pastries, but the first nibble will make you appreciate the effort and the skills that go into these creations. The Profiterole was perfection. The Seven Layer Honey Cake was an unparalleled delight. You really have to try this cafe.

I was So Amazed when a Friend in Penticton Inturduced me to to this Amazing Family owned Place in Summerland. The Young Lady as our Waitress worked very Hard taking the orders and a nice young Boy comes out with are orders or Drinks and does a Amazing job and is a great help and the Other workers were happy to see my Other Family and my Nephew there. The Perogies to the Cabbage Rolls to the unique Soup called Borsh? Something like that we all enjoyed to the Unique cake. If looking for a fun Cafe in Summerland go for this one and give it a try. The Padio does have shade. It was warm in Summerland but could handle it. Okanogan can get Quit Warm in Summer but its Amazing and Beautiful by the Lake
