I am a big fan of mac d but at this location service is very poor. I ordered poutine and other stuff but it was very bad. It is not only for first time. I happened with me a lot of time. I ordered habanero chicken burger as well and it was full of sauce. Breads was misplaced in box and it was a full meal. At night there is a middle age lady and she always avoid work. My mobile app was not working and i was having discount code , i showed it to manager and she said she can not do anything. Not sure if she was manager. She was indian with small height. First time ever heard that a manager can not do anything. I got hair in my burger. So many things i want to say about this location but i dont have enough words. Please make some nice burgers. Just gonna take 10 more seconds to put buns in proper place and sauce as well. I hope it will work. I just want to get a nice and delicious food. Customer satisfaction should be your first priority. Read moreIll start with the service. When I got to the cashier it took him nearly 20 minutes to take my (2 sausage mcmuffins with two drinks and a muffin) thats all. He continued to try to charge us for numerous things we did not order, until finally another guy came over and put in our order correctly. Knocking it down about $15 dollars from deleting all the extra stuff this guy put on. We waited about 10 minutes, thats fine. However; when we got our food the lady practically threw it at me. If I didn’t stop the cups from sliding I would have been wearing them and my food would have been on the floor. Went to go use the washroom and I didn’t expect much, especially from the service I just got. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in about 15 years. Gas station bathrooms are cleaner than that. 30 minutes after eating our food; we both got sick.
Wont be going back. Service has declined here over the past few years....
Read moreWow! Service was horrible. The young lady who took my order was sweet, I just think a lot of servers lack the ability to listen, they make noises indicating they are doing as such. But literally Don't. So they call our number and immediately I see 2 cups and there are 3 of us along with 2 fries, for 3 people. One of the staff slams a cu on to our tray, and I go back and indicate we are also missing our fries, at no time does the Manager say, I apologize the server missed this would you like to add those. Instead she gets an attitude walks over to the fry area and indicates we want fries we didn't pay for. At this time I'm beyond angry. I indicate, this exact example is why people get angry and retaliate. At no time did I deserve that treatment. So for the Young Manager working at lunch yesterday.
