I had a disappointing experience at this location recently. I waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to place my order, which is far too long for a simple breakfast request.
I initially tried to order a Farmer’s Wrap, but was told they were out of hash browns. I asked if they could add extra sausage instead, and while I was charged for it, there was no additional sausage in the wrap. I then attempted to order potato wedges with vegetables, only to be informed that they were out of vegetables too. To top it off, my tea was cold by the time I received it.
What’s more concerning than the missing items is the lack of communication or apology from the staff. There was no acknowledgment of the delay or the missing items, which made the experience even more frustrating.
From what I observed, there appeared to be no leadership or direction on the floor. Staff seemed disengaged and unmotivated, and no one was actively managing the team or guiding newer employees. In my opinion, it is the responsibility of the shift manager to ensure staff are trained properly, stock is monitored, and service times are reasonable—especially during peak hours.
Hash browns and other standard breakfast items are frozen and quick to prepare, so being “out” of them repeatedly suggests a lack of urgency or proper planning, not a supply issue. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered missing items at this location—it’s become a recurring issue.

I got a slushie today and found plastic in it. When I went back to complain the manager told me it was normal. When mixing the drinks the mixer hits the sides of the lid and it breaks, leaving long thin pieces of plastic to fall into your drink and get mixed in. They're small enough to slide up the straw and into your mouth. If this was a child, they may not have noticed the plastic and choked on it. Tim Hortons slushies are NOT safe for children.
