I loved this restaurant since I was a child- exceptional service throughout my adolescent years and adulthood. Family and friends alike would likely brag about how delicious and incredible the crust was. But I mean this- save your money and do not go here. The quality has rapidly gone downhill and I do not say this light heartedly. I used to come here often for slices and the crust and toppings were perfectly balanced. You couldn’t even call it a crust these days because it’s so sloppy and greasy and you cannot even hold it in your hands without it falling apart. I had given it about 3 tries to see if it was just an off day as I had recently moved to Charlottetown and do not make the trip to Summerside often anymore. I asked for a refund today as I just do not see the point in paying for pizza that is not enjoyable for me or my family. The server working was quick to argue with me about how the service and quality has not changed and it is the same staff, completely invalidating my complaint. I would not call this great customer service. Seriously never going back here again and it saddens me because I really was a huge Michaels fan but you just lost a life long customer.
