"I can't believe how disappointing my experience was at this Tim Horton's. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, the donuts were stale, and the service was incredibly slow. It's my second time here but this time I can't handle the rudeness of your ladies staff especially afternoon. I never thought that someone can provide this much bad service. Guy in front of me paid for my meal and sent me a Screencast of it afterwards but the drive thru worker (who was already rude/snooty) didn't tell us about it and so we paid for our own meal.
