Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Summerside

"I can't believe how disappointing my experience was at this Tim Horton's. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, the donuts were stale, and the service was incredibly slow. It's my second time here but this time I can't handle the rudeness of your ladies staff especially afternoon. I never thought that someone can provide this much bad service. You should provide proper training to your staff for how to interact with customer. They are totally behaving like racist now!!!!! Definitely won't be coming back...

This place is falling apart in terms of customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee in the drive-thru. The scanner wasn’t working properly which was really extending wait times. Asked for a straw and waited an additional 2 minutes and they still hadn’t brought one to me. Hard to believe there wasn’t a single straw in their working space during the summer season! Went through the tims drive thru last weekend. Guy in front of me paid for my meal and sent me a Screencast of it afterwards but the drive thru worker (who was already rude/snooty) didn't tell us about it and so we paid for our own meal. I'm not so concerned that I had to pay for my meal but that somebody paid for it and they just kept their money. Many times I have paid for orders for people behind me in the drive thru whether I knew them or not and now I question how often sneaky stuff like...
