Burger King — Restaurant in Summerside

Store is very good and on perfect location. If we are in hurry while doing shopping from walmart we can grab easily food from here. Staff is very friendly and very responsive. Customer service is very good. Worker who are on front desk are very active and food is very fresh. I got my food with in given time. Store is very clean and enough space to dine in. Severely understaffed....not prepped to start the day. Absolutely no sense of urgency in here. People unpacking boxes instead of on the line. I placed my order at 12:09pm and have watched 3 orders be filled in 22 min. Although they have only been open for 2 weeks the staff here is not equipped for a store opening. As a general manager of a fast fresh restaurant I'm appalled at the slowness of this place. Customer service needs big improvement! I've been there twice since it opened and both times after waiting approx 25 min my order was soggy and stone cold. The staff seem more concerned with there conversations between each other than preparing food in a timely manor. I don't mind waiting for an order as long as it is hot and fresh when I receive it! If you're a fan of cold soggy burgers and poor service this may be the spot for you, but not for me. I will...
