My order was fixed twice, and still was not correct.. I ordered a hot brown sugar latte, and confirming with the staff twice that I would like it hot, since the item is usually served iced. Got an iced latte at the window and I corrected them. They gave me a cup of just warm milk. No espresso. Called twice to the restaurant, no answer. My problem is more with the manager when she asked that I should have “corrected them when the screen showed my order wrong”. The screen did not show my order, and I did confirm twice. The person working stopped halfway through making our coffee to do something else for a minute then came back to it. Her face shield was half lifted and with us being lower than the drivethru, she was literally just breathing into the car window.
