West End Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Summerside

2021- OMG.... Very good food! Great service and super prices! We were very happy to find this place!

Servers Sue & Nicole work harder to serve you than the horses do on the race track, your watching out the windows! Misty is the chef in the kitchen, cooking every single order every single time to perfection! We are so very happy we found this place! Summerside PEI is very lucky to have such a well priced menu prepared so well and served so well the West End Bar and Grill is a true gem in Summerside! Call for your reservations.

Update 2022 Visited again, and Things Are awesome at the West End Bar and Grill! The staff continues to deliver what this establishment is delivering as high value to the customers! The prices on their menus have not changed since pre covid-19 days! I'm not sure how this is possible as every delivery received has to have increased substantially in the last 24 months? Yet they have many choices at $15 a meal and less!

Brianne and Visual are well suited to their serving profession! Where kind, polite and attentive to our party of four. When they caught wind that we were celebrating a birthday for my mom, and we have not seen her during covid-19 shut down, they brought over a chocolate brownie ice cream whipped cream homemade dessert and the restaurant gave her a $10 gift card, on the house! We were shocked by their kindness and generosity and goes far and showing the depth of professionalism and quality of the staff at the West End Bar and Grill in Summerside PEI. I should note that food as always, was cooked perfectly and served hot! Hats off to the chef! We 100% definitely recommend this establishment! And are booking reservations for later in the week again before we leave to head back home!

Because they are becoming more and more well-known for their Great Value, Super Service and delicious meals, along with being Trackside at Summerside Raceway, it is a first-come-first-serve basis, you may end up having to wait, and it is possible if you do not plan in advance to get there soon enough, because it is so popular, you may not be at the busy times of the week. My husband his friend went for lunch the other day and were greeted and told the had to sit at the bar or take their food themselves to a table as they were told they were short staffed. They were given the menu which was delivered pizza, frozen preformed burgers (not real meat)and fries and a soup of the day. When they asked about the small menu they were told again, short staffed minimized menu. So they both order burgers and fries. Staff told them that the burgers were almost done and that they forgot to turn the fryers on. Burgers arrived on cardboard plates. 10 minutes later fries arrived also in a cardboard container. Hands down had the most amazing experience here tonight. This was my family’s first time here. We had a table of 7 with 3 children. Our server Susan was the most exceptional server I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with in my life. I don’t even think I could find the words to tell you all how incredible she was. From her suggestions to interaction with us and especially the children. Susan even danced with our children. They were so happy and felt so comfortable and safe and welcomed.
