Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

I went there yesterday for the first time.I was so disappointed after seeing staff not following any food safety rules. Guy who took my order was wearing one pair of gloves, with which he was touching everything like screens and taking payments etc. He didn’t even wash his hands once or changed gloves. Later he went to back kitchen to prepare our orders, he still was wearing same gloves. This made me feel so uncomfortable to have my food prepared with the gloves, he was touching everything with. Later a girl started working with him, I didn’t see her washing hands or anything. She didn’t even wear any gloves. She just went straight into the kitchen and started preparing pizzas with bare hands. This whole situation made me feel so much uncomfortable that I felt like I should just cancel my order at this point. I am not coming back to this location. Also wait time is so long. This place is brutal. No one knows what to do. They run around and take you're money and forget about you. I stood there after she took my order of 3 slices of pizza to go. She miffed it up and ordered up 4 slices. I walked to the side and she started taking other orders from other customers while I stood there for 15 mins. No one cared about me or asked. When I walked up to ask for a refund she was confused on who I was. I told her I ordered slices and just want a refund. The manager walked up and asked with a harsh voice "you don't want the pizzas?" I replied "nope" He gave me my money and demanded his $2.50 change. Never go back there again. Worst run pizza place ever. There was also 4 other employees who was helping her so there shouldn't have been much of any problem. Off to Pizza by the slice. Cheaper pizza at a almost par quality. Do not tip them. They do...

I went in tonight, Aug 23 2023, to get 1 slice and a bottle of water. When I walked in, no one was at the counter. I announced myself twice before anyone came out from the back.

Two young men were working. The older of the two took my order, the younger retrieved my slice. As the younger was holding my slice he repeatedly used it to bump his coworker. Repeatedly he wiped my slice of pizza on his coworkers clothing. Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.

I called the young worker out, told him what he was doing was disgusting. I demanded my money back.

As I was leaving the young man placed the slice of pizza back into the display for the next unlucky patron to purchase.
