i usually go to the 120/64location. i went back to this location 3 days ago, to give them another shot after not going in for 4 or 5 months, because of dirty old tasting oil soaked chicken i got here.
this time, again dirty, old oil. i live near by, when i got home i called and complained,they said to bring the chicken back and they'll replace the meal.
i went back returned my meal,and asked for a refund, since i didnt want the same dirty oil cooked chicken, cashier didnt know how to do refunds,said to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager.
i went back the next day, manager asked for the chicken i told her i gave it back the day before. i showed her my receipt, she said without the chicken she wont refund my money, but i can get only the chicken replaced not the fries, salad, or drink(i returned those aswell, drink was drunk the rest was untouched).
i told her i returned the meal, she asked who i talked to, i dont know the name of the person,so i told her to look at the camera footage from the time on my receipt, to 30min later when i came back,she said she would and would call me "tomorrow"(which is today).
she didnt call, so i called back, she told me she didnt see me come in,at the time on my receipt, or any time after to return anything,she offered to replace the whole meal this time, i refused. the oil is expensive and the owner doesnt want to replace it as often as it should be replaced.
i stopped going here once, because of the dirty oil, tried it again and got the same dirty oil. i'll do the 2min drive to kfc or i'll make the 7min drive down to hwy 10 to mary browns, popeyes on 64th doesnt know what comes with their menu items so im already done with that place,now i'm done with this chain aswell,not just...

First thing served to us was 7up, had a sip (It Was FLAT). She acknowledged that they’re out of CO2 and got another cup but it was still the same. We were offered an ice tea as a substitute cos they only had Pepsi or that for bottled drinks too.
Took about 15 minutes to prepare the order, brought it home, took a bite and the tortilla was uncooked. I let that go but opened the box of chicken, I touched it and it was cold top to bottom with soggy fries. I WAS AGGITATED & HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
Drove back to the location explained everything and I was asked “Is this your first time to church’s??” You’ve gotta be kidding me.
I had to prove myself by showing pictures of previous visits at other locations with the wrap being grilled. She also said this is how we serve the wrap, take it or don’t eat it YOUR CHOICE. I had to point at the menu to show that it says Toasted but it’s raw, their excuse was “We don’t have a grill and I can’t help it if our location doesn’t have it, you can go somewhere else” What a great way to handle a situation by shutting the customer down.
This location doesn’t match the standards of Church’s. Staff at the window is not considerate of the customers and made me wait another 30 minutes on top of everything.
I get it running a fast food chain is not easy but at least let the customer know about the quality or...

September 14 2025 .. ordered around 3-4 pm..
I ordered chicken wings from Church’s Chicken for take-out and had a really bad experience. Right after I paid, they handed me my order within a second, which already seemed suspicious. While driving home, we checked the food and it was completely cold — not even slightly warm. This clearly shows they just gave me someone else’s order or stale food that had been sitting around. Very disappointing experience, and the food quality was terrible.
For a well-known chain like Church’s Chicken, this kind of service is unacceptable. If they continue to serve cold or stale food like this, it shows they don’t care about their customers. I felt cheated after paying full price for food that was not edible.
I strongly urge senior management to please check the cameras for the mentioned shift and day, and take strict action against the staff involved. This should not happen to other customers, but I fear they may already be doing the same thing with many others.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience — I will never visit this location again and would not recommend...
