Pizza & Indian Curry (Fleetwood) — Restaurant in Surrey

Google, I would love to be able to rate a place zero stars, because if any place is deserving of it, it's the fleet wood location of Non Stop Pizza & Indian Curry. The food is good, if/when you actually get it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried several times.

My experiences:

places an order for pick-up. arrived 40 minutes later, order was not finished. waited for another half an hour in the restaurant with the girl at the till refusing to speak to me due to a language barrier. When questioned about the wait time the response was "Have you ever ordered Indian food before? You should expect this service"

Placed an order for takeout, this was during a snowfall, so I excused the 2+ hour delivery time. checked the bag with the delivery driver, and half of my order was missing. I called them and said there was an issue with my order, told them the problem, and i would be in the next day to be refunded for the undelivered food. Arrived the next day and the Lady at the till refused to refund the missed part of my order, called me a lair, among words I could not understand. (I do not speak the language).

I do not recommend this...

most salty fish pakora and tandoori fish I have ever eaten, both batter and fish inside were very salty, peeling off the batter will still taste very salty inside. tandoori chicken was okay. "chicken Nann" had less chicken than I was expecting. not big fan of the chicken nann. ordered pickup through uber eats. I arrived 10 min late after my pickup time. they could not understand what I ordered or how to use uber eats at all. I told them my name and order, they asked me to verify by showing them my uber eats app on my phone, I showed him and he seemed very confused at the promo discount I was getting, and he said somethings wrong with ubereats. I said there is nothing wrong, just give me my order. he talked with another staff and said ok your order is coming. then when he passed me my order I only got 2 items instead of 4. I was confused. I tell them my order again, and they talked with staff and said ok we make the rest now. after 30 min past pickup time I got my order. super salty fish. I highly recommend these guys learn how to use uber eats, honestly they made the worst tasting fish pakora and fish tandoori...

Let me break this down. I see a ton of reviews about the fish being bad or the containers not being sealed correctly. Firstly, I would not order a fish dish from a pizza place coopted into an Indian restaurant. It's common sense - go to a dedicated Indian restaurant if you want quality fish. You just played yourself, feel stupid, entitled and want to take it out on the establishment. It's your fault, you ordered the fish! Tikka Paneer pizza was a little greasy but had plenty of paneer on it. I can't say the same for Royal's Pizza, (which didn't even come with paneer!).The tomato sauce tastes cheap and there's some room for improvement. The naan felt a little old as if it were made hours prior but then again I did order at 3am so it's forgivable. It's easier to be a critic than to praise, there's so much nonsense on here about giving the establishment zero stars. I can give it three. It's not excellent, not great but acceptable, average. You get what you pay for, many people seem to not...
