Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

I ordered a medium chipotle chicken pizza from here which was dry, had barely any suace, was cold when I picked it up (only 5 minutes after they said it would be ready), had 4 tiny specs of red pepper, and about 5 small chunks of red onion. I went back to ask if this lack of toppings was normal, and was told that the menu has changed and they dont put green peppers on there anymore, and it is supposed to come with very light toppings. This pizza consisted of cheese and the chicken that is all. I asked if I could purchase some toppings to put on the pizza which was not aloud and she said I could pay for a new pizza. I am not wanting to spend another $16 on a pizza that has no toppings. Very very displeased with the service and how cheaply these pizzas are...

The jury is out on this place. So far it's been hit and miss. I've had great pizza with good amount of toppings sometimes. Other times it looks like it's slap together in 30 seconds. Also had an instance where it look like the pizza was tipped over in the delivery car and so the toppings were all over the place when I opened up the box. Customer service is excellent though and I was given a refund and even a call directly from this store manager. I really appreciated this and I hope that my experience will be better in the future. We ordered the large tropical Hawaiian pizza with original crust, which seemed to be smaller than other pizza places, should be called a medium. But the worst part was how thin the crust was and was more like a cross between carboard and rubber, very chewy. Toppings were sparse but tasty, we ate it because we were hungry, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with brain cells left.
