It’s truly remarkable how every visit to this location manages to outdo the last—in the worst possible way. I’d love to see workers here pay attention to even the most basic requests. My son ordered a Black Forest ham sandwich, but somehow, that translated to bacon and ham in their minds. When we politely corrected them, they exchanged glances, chuckled, and whispered among themselves. Charming. And then, they had the audacity to try to charge us extra, which we thankfully managed to avoid after an uncomfortable back-and-forth.
As if that wasn’t enough, our other son ordered a straightforward sandwich—the “Carnivore” one—and somehow, that turned into an exercise in reading comprehension. We simply asked for it as it’s intended on the menu, but no, we ended up with spinach instead of lettuce and a bunch of random extras that don’t belong anywhere near it. Apparently, sticking to the basics is just too much to ask.
On other visits, I’ve also had the pleasure of witnessing them refuse a veteran, who was a paying customer, access to the restroom because they claimed it was “out of order.” Oddly enough, that’s the same story my wife received when she asked, baby in hand. The bathrooms seem to always be conveniently out of order here.
And heaven forbid you ask for an extra bag. We’ve learned not to ask at this point since even the mere suggestion of needing a sturdier one is enough to earn a rude look.
Please consider hiring staff that at least pretends to care. This location is truly giving Subway a...

Got to the store and had a bad feeling already since I’ve seen staff keep online orders that are ready behind the counter multiple times before however I didn’t see anything so I walked up to the counter and asked for my order only to find out they didn’t even know I ordered and printed my order receipt right then and there. I was annoyed and told the staff I ordered it 30 minutes ago and all I got in return was “sorry” from one of the female staff. Took an extra 10 minutes or so to get my sandwich since they had to redo my order since they messed up initially with clear instructions printed on the receipt.
I would understand not getting my order ready on time if the shop was swamped with customers but there weren’t any. The two staff (male and female) that was there were cleaning and scrubbing tables/equipments when I initially came in.

I work right beside this Subway, and it's my go-to meal place. This is the second time I've had a bad experience. Today, I went there to buy a three-cheese breakfast sandwich. They said they were out of bread and asked if it would be okay to use a 6-inch bread instead. I said yes. They prepared my sandwich and asked me to pay for a 6-inch veggie delight, which was more expensive than the three-cheese. I requested that they charge me only for the three-cheese sandwich since they didn't have the buns, and it wasn't my fault. They said no, they would charge me for the 6-inch only. I ended up not buying it because of the lack of customer service. They threw it away instead of selling it to me.
