Absolutely exceptional restaurant. The owners and staff are super friendly and the food was great. We had the gyoza(pork and veggie) - awesome. The housemade soy sauce was great. We had 4 different bowls and each was better than the last. Chicken, miso and veggie were fantastic. The pork belly was to die for (local pork too). Great food, super friendly staff. Cannot ask for more.

Place is a 5/5 for us! The customer service is great! And the staff knew their menu well. The atmosphere is cozy to enjoy ramen. Ample spacing between tables. Price is fair for its wdeliciousness and quantity. Parking is abit tight especially if other stores are full. They share spaces, they are in a promenade.

Super friendly staff. Delicious food. We travelled an hour and a half because I wanted to try authentic ramen and I was told this was a great place for it. I was not disappointed. I will surely go back after a mountain bike ride if I get the chance. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I had the pork broth ramen. We both ordered an extra egg and marinated mushrooms which came out to approximately $45 for 2 people with a 15% tip.

POSITIVES: -The atmosphere and the employees are absolutely wonderful. -The amount of veggies included in the meal was greatly appreciated and the chashu was really tender. -Healthy portions. -Customizable meals (choice of broth, sauce, protein, and extras) -Gluten free options are available. -Kids menu. -Spicy oils and spices available on the table.

FEEDBACK: I found that my broth (with miso and the other meal with the garlic sauce) was lacking flavour and depth. The noodles had nothing special to them. They were flavorless, missing stretch and chew. I do feel that $17.50 for the meal (without the extras) could have been reasonable with better noodles and a better broth, but for now it is overpriced for the level of quality provided.

DISCLAIMER: I have only ever visited this restaurant once so I cannot give a review that gives this place a second chance, perhaps we just got a weaker batch.

NOTE: Like snowboarding and in need of a board? Check out the chef's snowboard that's for sale in the restaurant,...

This place is by far on of the best restaurants in the Eastern Townships. Both in regards to the quality of the food and value for your money. I've had ramen for all over the world and this place has some of the best in the Western Hemisphere. I'd highly recommend the pork belly as the flavour accompanies the miso broth perfectly. Also, if you can, try to grab some of their incredible chili sauce. You can put it on almost anything. The owners are unbelievably commanding with any dietary concerns you might have. Can't recommend this...

I ordered the shio garlic ramen with fried tofu and my boyfriend ordered the tantanmen (spicy peanut) ramen with pork belly. I tried to hide my jealousy of his dish as the spicy peanut sauce was so delicious and the pork belly was super tender, salty, and flavorful. If I were to visit again, that's definitely what I would order. The ramen add-on's were above average - the pickled shitaki mushrooms and pickled ginger really elevated the ramen. The seaweed salad was also...
