First, this is not Tintoretto, so disregard all the earlier comments: no scones no pickle soup.” We thought it looked charming from the parking lot. Only one table was occupied so we sat at the nearest table, which was set for four. We were immediately asked to sit at one of tables for two which were set into a corner and a little squished. The owner explained that “yesterday all the tables were occupied “. Then they explained that this is vegetarian restaurant. We were fine with soup and quiche. At one point we were considering our route so we took out our phones. The owner came over and explained that this was a no phones restaurant. Souper soup! The kids got a cheddar bacon and pickle potato which were superb. Came with cheddar scones which were soft moist and warm. I had a pear and brie melt which was massive and delicious. My wife had the prosciutto tomato pesto swiss one which was equally good. Both were served with salad with a nice balsamic type dressing. We had to order several more scones and a bucket of soup to go since it was so good. We also got a brownie and poppyseed cake to go because they looked so good but we were full. I can't wait...

We feel so lucky to have discovered this lovely eatery .. hearty, delectable sandwiches and delicate, delicious quiche. The dessert cart was a sweet surprise and we chose a scrumptious little berry cake..mmm. Service was amazing, the space luminous, soulful and a joy to visit....
