Red Swan Pizza - Swift Current — Restaurant in Swift Current

This establishment is consistently cheating customers on toppings. When I brought this issue to their attention, they avoided addressing it altogether. I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, and onion pizza with extra pepperoni, for which I paid an additional $4. However, when I received my order, there were no onions, no mushrooms, and no extra pepperoni.

This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this problem; it seems to be a recurring issue. You place an order, and you’re lucky if you get what you pay for. Each time I’ve tried to resolve it, the owner has refused to handle the situation professionally or amicably. You can tell that it’s all about the owner’s revenue and nothing to do with customer service. A company is only as good as the person who owns it, and corruption is at its finest at Swan Pizza in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. They have no interest in providing proper service or accountability to their customers. The absolute worst pizza restaurant I’ve ever dealt with.

He must be getting friends to write false reviews because, most people are complaining about the same issues.

I made an order online to pick up in 3 hours after my boyfriend got off work he drove a half hour home and my order was incomplete then I received 3 phone calls telling me my order was not missing anything I’m in customer service and the customer is always right I would never have called to complain if my order was correct I wanted a refund and was harassed 3 times telling me I should have grabbed my drink myself but I was missing more than the drinks this is the first and last time ordering from this location I only wanted what I paid for I think it was very rude for them to call me back repeatedly to tell me the manager said I had everything when I definitely didn’t I am very disappointed with the service...

Did everyone go to another Red Swan than I did? Washroom had a ventilation problem with the piping so you could smell the gases from the sewer and the staff is quite at home with the smell. The pizza which was a terriyaki pizza was amazingly bad. The chicken itself was old and dried out and tough and stringy and somehow a chicken pizza became really greasy which in itself is quite a feat considering there isnt even cheese on this type of pizza. So congratulations to this restaurant for somehow making a simple pizza into something...
