Burger King — Restaurant in Swift Current

After 3 unreturned calls for the General manager or franchise owner, I am now writing this review. On Sunday Oct 6th. My mother, father wife and I stopped at this location for something to eat around 7:30pm on our way home after a full day on the highway. They were having some work done on the exterior of the building, the contractors had blocked of the front half of the building (including the handicap ramp) and had run an extension cord through the doors. As we ate our dinner, my wife went to use the washroom. As she walked past the doors, she witnessed another customer trying to enter the store. But they couldn't as the cord run through the doors was sparking and shorting out as it had been cut by the doors. She had to notify the staff as they were oblivious to this. They proceeded to try and KICK the plug out of the wall! After they finally had it unplugged, my wife went into the washroom... it was dirty and one of the toilets were broken, the same one that has been broken for over a month!? As we were leaving my father and I decided to use the mens washroom before our last 45 mins of driving. It was disgusting... smelt like an old outhouse, the garbage was full and the paper towel was empty. This place has gone so far downhill in the last year it's just disappointing. Some of the staff here are nice but the management is horrible. They're very nitpicky on every little thing like asking for 5 timy creamers in a large coffee they charge you extra. The main thing that has caused me to give this review though is that I have routinely been told that I can't use customer survey coupons. This particular Burger King has added all kinds of fine print to whether or not they will allow you to use those coupons. Today I went into Burger King after having been out of town for two weeks and was told by one of the staff that he would not honor the coupon simply because he remembered me having used the coupon the I brought, three or four or five days ago. There is no fine print on these coupons that says you can't use more than one a month. Only that they expire in 30 days, and you can only use one per customer per visit. I would give this restaurant 0 Stars if I could. Their bathrooms are not...

I was through this location about 9:40pmsaturday evening and ordered 2 chicken sandwich with tomatoes added. Pulled me around to make fresh product! By the time we hit the overpass as we were travelling we had started to eat them. They didn’t taste right so we stopped and threw them away. Low and behold 2am neither of us are feeling well so here we both are hold up in the bathroom of our hotel.....sick! My husband returned to the truck and retrieved the wasted part of our chicken sandwiches and they aren’t fully cooked! Thanks for the food poisoning,makes for a great road trip! We will not be returning. You must train your staff to wait till the product is fully cooked before serving it, you have a timed cooked program do you not?? Burger King is our go to but definitely...
