I’ve been a loyal customer of this Tim Hortons for a long time, but today’s experience at the 1112 6 Ave NE, Swift Current location was extremely disappointing. I politely asked if my donut could be warmed for just 10 seconds. The employee, Jonathan, immediately said “no” without offering any explanation. When I asked why, he repeated “no, I won’t do that” and told me to go to another store — all in a very rude and dismissive tone.
We stayed calm and asked again, and he responded with “No, I cannot do that,” in a blunt and unprofessional manner. He claimed to be the supervisor, but when we asked to speak to a manager, he said the manager was on 8 months’ leave and refused to escalate the issue or let us speak to anyone else. He continuously talked over me and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence.
When I asked for his full name to report the incident, he said, “Jonathan,” and told me, “there’s no need for you to know my last name.”
This was an incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable experience over a very simple and respectful request. No customer should be treated this way — especially by someone claiming to be in a supervisory position. I hope this is taken seriously by...

Then tried to get me to pay for a whole new beverage. The ice is already fully melted in it. I get this drink almost everyday and have never had an issue before with drinking it and then asking for more vanilla, I was even willing to pay for another extra shot in it. She refused to even take the drink back in the store. I've worked at Tim Hortons before and I know for one this is not how it's supposed to be done. Especially trying to charge me for a whole new drink when I just wanted more vanilla in it. They need better staff. Or better training for there staff. As I've never had any issues with any other Tim hortons when faced with this problem. I've even had that Tim hortons take my drink back to put in an extra shot or two. Read moreI used to go through one of our Timmie’s every day. They are locally owned by good people and they support our community in many ways. I’ve given my feedback at the drive-through windows but unfortunately my experience remains consistent lately. Slow to acknowledge when you arrive, slow to take the order with too many requests to repeat/clarify even when the order is a simple coffee only order. Waited one time for nearly 8 minutes in line and was told it was because one car had a very large order, fair enough, but other businesses will make that car park off to the side while they deal with similar issues so the rest of us can move on. No amount of polite feedback has seemed to make a difference and I find myself opting often to grab my coffee elsewhere these days. I...
