I'm not one to complain much the Donair was fantastic. But I was commuting from Toronto to Calgary and when we got to Saskatchewan we needed food. We found out appon arrival it was opening day. We had orders staff was phenomenal did everything needed... Untill we reached the point of sale, they the employees said you didn't have a card reader machine or it wasn't set up and you only were to take cash and etransfer. Which wasn't a problem but felt that should be the first thing you tell a customer when you arrive. Also as a business owner myself it's nice to see an owners face apon opening day. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because the staff made me feel welcomed and they were very knowledgeable. To the owner you should be more involved with business practices in the restaurant. So thankyou to the staff but I'm shaking my head...

However, we have never been to this establishment and we were asked what veggies we wanted, we assumed it was like Subway and you could pick as many as you want. The second you stray from the exact menu item, it’s an extra charge which the staff did not tell us about, we were a little shocked when our bill came and it was about $4 more than we anticipated.
