Terrible Tim Hortons location. They forget something in my order 90% of the time. Recently, Tim Hortons has a promotion where if you spend $10 or more you get a free 10 pack of Timbits. Great promo! Someone must have forgotten to tell the staff at this location as they almost never offer you the promo (despite there being signage on their order menu) and they almost always forget to give you the Timbits at the window. I recently called this location to offer feedback and spoke with a young lady named "Jessica" who told me "you have to order them at the menu, we don't just hand them out at the window". The issue with that is they rarely give me my total at the menu speaker so how am I to know if I'm over the $10 limit? I told "Jessica" that I was calling to let them know that not only do they often forget the Timbits but today I received them and there were only 6 Timbits in the box. HOW HARD IS IT TO COUNT TO 10??? "Jessica" responded with "Oh, well we've been getting a lot of complaints about forgotten Timbits, just remember you need to order them at the menu before you get to the window". I'll never go to this location again, careless kids running the store who offer rude responses when given feedback. There is a fantastic location not 2 minutes away at the AMY CROFT PLAZA who have never once forgotten my order and they always offer the promo with a smile. Doing business with adults who care about customer service will always get my business over petulant children who'd...
Read moreThis is literally the worst Tim Hortons for getting your order correct, they also aren't very friendly or cooperative when you call to get it rectified. It's not a "free coffee" if I've already paid for it, you're just replacing the one you messed up. Admit your wrong doing and offer a replacement as well as a free one on you. Otherwise quit with the wording to make it seem like you're doing a favor, it cost a lot of gas to drive back and forth because you can't get it right the first time. Also the parking lot is THE WORST. The drive thru has the worst customer service, 80% of them don't say you're welcome when you say thank you, they don't smile, they don't even say...
Read moreThe 5 stars is only for the customer experience, because your employees have to work at getting “best drive through times”, that’s why customers end up having poor quality service as well as product. It’s absolutely ridiculous that Tim Hortons has these standards. I’m a customer and regularly because I enjoy the coffee and most of the food products it I’ll be honest, I often go to Starbucks where I’m not rushed into ordering, paying and leaving as fast as I can. Slow down and let people enjoy the experience. Tim Hortons drive through should of never accepted debit and it should be for coffee only for those who go through life...
