McDonald's — Restaurant in Terrebonne

So I ordered a coffee, poutine and a BigMac and at the takeout cashier, they told me the total was 20+$. Ok, weird, but maybe the poutine was more expensive than I thought.

When I move forward to get my order they tell me I have all of the above + a muffin (or something like that) and I'm like no, I didn't order a muffin. The girl at that window insisted that I should pay (again... what?) and after arguing back and forth a few times I was like ok, I'll pay the 18$, maybe they'll cancel the previous transaction.

They did not. I got charged twice....

When I drive out of the McDo, the first turn I make the whole bag tumble because they had put the big poutine box above the small BigMac box.

Then when I get home, I realize the coffee had 3 milks and a sugar, when I ordered 1 milk (no sugar).

I don't know what was going on that day, but it was a real disaster.

I called corporate to complain, hoping only to get a refund on the double transaction. They told me they couldn't do anything themselves, but they would have the manager of that branch call me. Guess who...

This location has a lack of supervision and offers very low standards. First drive-through window ,the cashier was serving us while holding his phone to his ears like listening to music or having a conversation. In the second window, the employee who asked me to move forward to wait for my food got upset that I asked her for ketchup before moving forward and started telling me that in the future I need to ask for it at the intercom. She then said "ok" and looked at me, waiting for me to say ok to her like if I was a child who she can control. She would not give me the ketchup until I acknowledge her superiority and only gave it to me once I politely reminded it her that I'm not a child I'm also a paying customer and that I don't have to agree with her to get the food and service I already payed for. worst mcdonald’s I have ever been in my whole life. Service is beyond slow, saying they take forever is an understatement. Worst part is sometimes they take so long that the order just vanishes from the screen and you have to remind the staff of your order. The other day I order A SINGLE poutine and they took 35 minutes and I had to remind the staff not once but TWICE of my single and miserable poutine. Mind you this was at 11h30pm and there weren’t almost any customers. This is just unacceptable and by far the longest I have ever waited in any fast food restaurant. I mean a single tim horton’s employee was able to serve my 4 combos quicker than this whole mcdonald’s establishment was able to achieve. And this slowness is something that happens every single time so yea never coming back to this specific mcdonald’s even though it’s the one closest...
