Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Terrebonne

People are the best. Very good service. However the food has deteriorated to very inferior quality. Very unfortunate. No black olives. No green olives. Really almost no cheese in stuffed crust. I do not know what the chef or owner think! Is the quality of Pizza Hut going down the deain or is someone trying to run this location out of business.

This quality was not Pizza Hut and unfortunately although the people here are extremely nice and friendly, the food was cheap dough on minimum cheeze and pretend to have toppings! I will never waste my money at this location again. They must lose their franchize because they are destroying the brand's image 100 percent. As if the competition is running this...

Ordered a Triple Treat box and it arrived almost 20 minutes late. On top of being late, it was cold and the Chicken bites were missing from the box. I then tried contacting customer support to solve the missing item problem. But the customer support isn't just bad, it straight up non existent, they hang up on you after 6 minutes of on call wait time, multiple times. No shade on Pizza Hut as a company, but to anyone trying to get pizza, do not order from this location at Terrebonne, it is the worst Pizza Hut...

Le livreur a tellement été méchant et déplacé! Je n'ai jamais vécu quelque chose de la sorte! J'en suis encore choquée!

Il m'a appelé et je n'ai pas repondu sur le coup. Je l'ai rappelé 1 min après. Il me mentionnait que mon numéro de condo n'était pas inscrit. Je lui ai simplement dit de sonner au 201. Il n'a pas sonné et a raccroché. Donc je suis descendu en bas. J'ai ouvert la porte et il m'a chicané. Je l'ai montré mon cellulaire pour lui montré mon adresse etait complète sur ma commande et il n'a pas pris le temps de regarder. Il a continué à me parler mal et hausser le ton de manière agressive. Il m'a montré que ce ne l'etait pas sur son application de livraison... C'est clairement pas ma faute qu'il y a un problème avec votre application.

Breff, en temps que jeune femme de petite taille je ne me suis pas sentie à l'aise et je lui ai demandé de partir. Il continuait de me crier dessus. J'ai du insister 2 3 fois et forcer la porte sur lui. Un vrai cauchemar. Le pire c'est qu'il a reçu un pourboire payé d'avance...
