Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Thorold

Ordered xl pizza, paid 36$ + 4$tip. Asked the employees if I can use the washroom? They put the “employees only” sticker bought from the Dollar store on the washroom’s door. I asked them if they have keys they said we don’t have the keys like how they use it during their whole shift? There was no hand sanitizer station either. The employees there do not want to be bothered for anything. I asked them if they have oregano she said “the bottle is empty”. Okay? If it is empty then fill it up. Not only that I asked them if they have take out bag for pizza slices they said they don’t lmao. This was my first ever visit to this place and I will never be coming here again. Worst service ever. The employees were touching everywhere like cellphones, counters etc and also not wearing gloves and making pizzas with the same dirty hands. Bad sanitation. I recommend others to don’t visit this place ever.

Edited: It’s funny how the owner of this place is always saying “yes sir this will never happen again” to Caucasian people (assuming by their name) but always blaming the people of colour for any bad reviews. You are telling me to throw away the pizza I paid for if I complain about the sanitation at your restaurant? Read the other reviews boy your employees are harassing female customers by taking their pics on their phone without their consent. Train your employees and don’t argue with customers if they are not satisfied with...

I love the pizza here. But the last time I ordered, all I got was a large pizza and wings, and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I got my food 45 minutes later, after 3 other customers got their orders (which were larger than mine) before me. I understand working in a fast food restaurant, so I didn't want to complain but it was kind of ridiculous and I was just trying to get dinner for my family.

(Update: Hi there! I promise I am not trying to spread lies or get a free pizza. Just sharing my experience. Usually the service is great. I actually ordered a large pizza with double pepperoni and mushrooms (the student special) and ten piece honey garlic wings. You can check and see that this order was indeed put into your system. I just wanted to say that I was frustrated with the fact I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but I had to wait almost an hour for one pizza and ten...

Such a Fake accusations in review people gave. Owner and Employees always looks after Sanitation of the store. Always clean. just think about what it must be like to have a business near a university of far-left brats and a few reviews in and they’re making bizarre accusations (big shock lol). This is the digital and social media generation keep in mind. This is what you get when all you do is focus on rights for 40 years in Canada. Very tasty pizza, with very generous amount of toppings. Staff is super friendly and offers great customer service. We ordered tandoori paneer pizza and everyone in the family loved it. I wish i can give more than 5 stars... such a great experience overall. Owner and employees goes above and beyond for...
