Its the most redundant registrar's office I have ever seen and experienced in my life. The staff that works there knows nothing, has no knowledge about anyhting and is extremely under-trained. I spoke to this girl called Rosalia on chat to get her to process a document for me since it had already been like 10 days since the request and they were supposed to get back to me within 5 days; and she straight up lied o me twice on chat saying they had a back-log and out of all months Jan is their busiest processing time. I knew she was lying because while I was talking to her on chat; I was also on a call with another one of my representatives and after 15 mins or so she processed the document immediately cause I literally had to beg for it but this Rosalia girl still kept repeating the same lies while I already had the document in my inbox she said she is still waiting for confimration from the co-op department like how did I have the letter then. Its honestly suprising to see that they are ready to let their work ethics loose by lieing to students like that. They should be ashamed...

Brock Central, aptly named as it barely resembles anything close to a Registrar’s Office, is the most inept group of bumbling buffoons at this university. Never in all my time at Brock have I been able to rely on this office. Requests for documents are consistently late if you even receive them at all. If you try calling, you will be on hold for a minimum of an hour. If you try emailing, it is unlikely you will receive a response. Every Brock student, past and present, has a ridiculous story to back up these incompetencies. I assure you, even if you are able to get to a point of productivity, the agents working there do not know the proper procedures to help you. You are far better off trying your best to figure it out yourself. They have failed, and continue to fail Brock students and the university as a whole. Read moreIf there were negative stars awarded I’d give them out to Brocks phone service. Brock central or the registrar (student services) never answer their phone and when they do they hang up causing you to wait in line all over again. This is extremely frustrating considering that their wait times are really long 20-40 minutes plus. If you’re an international student, good luck getting a hold of them. You might as well fly in to deal with matters that could be solved in seconds because of their service. I hope this issue can be resolved one day but it seems to have only gotten worse over the years. I never leave reviews but the blatant disregard and lack of respect from the registrars office needs to be addressed no current paying student should ever have to go through this.
