Ordered for delivery at 9:40pm, called at 10:20pm to inquire about why it was taking so long and the manager informed me that I was wrong and I actually ordered at 10:15pm claimed he tried to call me and let me know that the order was still 20 min away cause the driver was stuck at the hospital, then I called back another 40 min later and he said that it would be 5 min away, I called again 20 min later and he said nooooo it was dropped off, then I went on to say I have not received it and he realized he did not have the order, then he said it will be out right away WOW, then calls back and says that it was actually delivered but someone in the bar next door flagged down the driver and took my food, WOW so many different excuses, he was rude in the first place and I have never had such a bad experience but it's now midnight and still do NOT have food, what a horrible disorganized location of Boston Pizza, I think I am mad enough to avoid Boston...
Read moreI've always enjoyed going to Boston Pizza with my husband but ever since they removed the stromboli from the menu and when I asked them if they could make it for me anyway and they refused to I stopped going back. Now you may think I'm being a little petty but when I visited the one in Kenora Ontario they were quite accommodating. After all, it is just a folded over pizza pie, kinda like the hot pocket you by in the frozen food aisle of your local grocery store. So I say how hard could it have been for the Thunder Bay Restaurant to be just as accommodating? Read moreI've been to several Boston Pizzas. I stopped into this one about three months ago for lunch and ordered a quesadilla.
Well... it turns out they have TWO quesadilla types, and I got the type that didn't really speak to me instead of my favourite. I brought it up with the server, and she said she would provide a coupon for a future visit.
I'm from out of town, but whatever. Maybe I'll come back at some point or I can use the coupon somewhere else? I don't know, but I figured I would work it out somehow.
When I got the bill, she actually removed the item entirely for the receipt. I was very thankful, and since it was an oversight on both our parts (me not specifying, her not asking), I was very happy she took the high road for me as the customer.
