The food was good but pretty dismayed by the utter lack of customer service. This is the worst Burger King of the ones in Thunder Bay. Unfortunately it's the closest one to where I work, so I have occasionally made the mistake of going here. Currently I have been waiting in the drive thru for 17mins and still not at the order speaker...and there is no way to exit once in the drive thru. I will be late getting back to work because I can't leave the lineup. Thanks worst Burger...
