I came here to order Mighty box for 2, and they told me to order it online because it’s for only online. That’s weird because I live in Winnipeg and there I got the Mighty Box from all of the kfc store walk in, not online. Whatever I agreed and tried to order it online, but for some technical reasons maybe, it was not possible to place the order online, it was showing some error. I showed it to the employee and said look as you said I tried to order it online but it’s your server issue and I can’t do anything here right so I requested them to order it in store because I was travelling back from Toronto to Winnipeg and didn’t eat anything the whole way, I was really hungry and I don’t like anything else from kfc other than the mighty box. The employee asked her manager as well and she said NO. It’s really unexpected from a store like kfc, is there policy more important than the customer satisfaction? I explained my situation as well and I don’t know thunder bay as well so I don’t know which fast food stores are nearby. They gave damn care about this and just didn’t help me. Read moreIt's almost pointless to complain because you go to this location expecting bad quality food, bad service and a dirty restaurant. Tonight I went through the drive through and they requested to take my card into the restaurant and tap without me present... this made me nervous but they said there was no other option. OK. Told it's an 8 minute wait and to pull forward. 13 minutes later my order comes missing a gravy. Go to walk in to fix it and they've locked the doors early. Get home and they forgot all the fixings on my sandwich except for the chicken patty... I wish I could say this is unusual but slow service, bad/wrong orders and a dirty restaurant are the MO here. If there's fraud on my card in the coming weeks, I'll know the source.

Read moreFirst of all there was a crime scene right next door to the drive thru. Very sad. The service was, at first great. The gentleman who took the order was professional and courteous. He was also the one who completed the order. Then it went downhill. I stated at the time of ordering that I wanted two separate bills. He forgot at the window. The two orders came with three drinks in total. Only received one. He wanted to charge me for the order behind me. Yet he just took my money. He waited to give me my order even though he had just seen it put in the trays they hand out to the customers. Disappointing. Normally the service is far better. Will avoid it for awhile.
