I visited this restaurant with friends for breakfast and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. We arrived at 10:40 AM, were seated by 11:00, and placed our order by 11:15. However, we waited an hour for our food, which seemed excessive for breakfast.
The real issue, though, was the server. She was rude, unfriendly, and repeatedly got our orders (for 4) wrong—not just the first time but the second time as well. I ordered the steak breakfast bowl, requesting it medium well, but it arrived well done. When we asked for it to be corrected, the server said we’d have to wait even longer. At that point, we decided to cancel the order, but instead of resolving the situation calmly, she said that she will bring the owner to talk to us.
While waiting, the server came back in between and banged on the table, telling us the owner would be there soon. This behavior was completely uncalled for and made the situation even worse.
The manager was very understanding, resolved the issue quickly, and didn’t charge us for our drinks. The hostess was also kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. He acted like he owned the place, parking right in front of the gate, making it almost impossible to get my car out. When I tried to talk to this rude guy about how he was messing things up, he had the nerve to tell me it wasn't my business since I couldn't give him a parking ticket. How dare he!
But the real problem with this place showed up when I asked the lady at the front desk for help. Instead of showing any care or trying to fix things, she just gave me a look that said, "Not my problem! What do you want me to do?" This kind of bad service and plain disrespect for a paying customer isn't just disappointing; it's an insult!
To the store manager: Let me tell you straight: this is your problem. it's your ABSOLUTE DUTY to make sure customers can get in and out of your place without dealing with such annoying problems and getting treated badly by your delivery people and uncaring staff! This is what any real business should do, and your failure to do it is a huge sign that you're a bad manager.
