Ever since the change to the new management, this place has gone downhill. They're too focused on being "efficient" without the quality, so both poutines I've had on 2 separate days had somewhat uncooked fries, barely any toppings, and not even portioned correctly in the box (most likely to cut costs). The staff there all seem so stiff, unmotivated and miserable (before, they were friendly, customer service oriented and lovely to talk to). They almost seem afraid to talk while their manager is around. Looks like they've made some questionable decisions - I wanted to tip the staff like I used to, but the tip jar that used to be there has been taken away, apparently. No wonder the staff look like they don't want to work there. All this has been reflected in the food, customer service and atmosphere, which has been reduced down to "we only care about...

I had an amazing experience at New York Fries recently, and I just had to share! Not only was the food hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious fries but the service was on another level.

A big shoutout to the fantastic team working that day – Dhruvi, Vidhi They were super friendly, professional, and made the whole visit so enjoyable. Vidhi greeted me with a big smile and took my order with care. Dhruvi was efficient and kept the station spotless, and made sure my order was perfect before handing it over. You could tell they really care about their work and the customers.
