Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

I ordered a pizza at 11:27pm from the James street dominos pizza. They told me it would be an hour because it was busy. I waited until 12:55am to finally give them a call back but apparently according to the guy on the phone - they never got my order, and I never even called there....? This is the second time they've done this, the last time I had just ordered a pizza for myself and my friend. This time I was having a late night get together with 6 of my friends for a scary movie and pizza.

The guy on the phone basically made me feel like I was crazy because he supposedly never got my call. That same guy also knew my name when I had first called from what I'm assuming was from caller ID. Another thing he knew was my address seeing as I had previously once ordered from there and didn't receive my pizza the last time.

My six friends and myself will never order from domino's again seeing as I was not the only one out of my groups of friends this has...

(Spring 2022) Dear Dominos,

I want you to know: I noticed that you gave me ranch dip when I went out of my way to order cheddar habanero dip because it's the one thing that I don't already have in my fridge.

But you know what? You gave me two dips. And is that extra pepperoni?

As the owner of two extremely delicious pizzas I call it good. You may have your five stars, and know that you (the underpaid team) earned each one of them.

I thank everyone involved in bringing these modern miracles to my door. You rock.

(Edit, 2023.04.07: I stand by every word written above. Of all the pizza joints I've ever ordered from a bunch of times, you remain the only one that has always impressed and never disappointed. Even when something fritzed up and delivery took longer than normal, you kept me informed and delivered great food. Do those two things and we'll keep getting...

I ordered chicken pizza wth veggies 4 times and they always give me pizza with sausage nd some other meat on it. Even after I tell them I only want chicken nd veggies every single tym. I'm serious tht literally happens every single tym. They always say sorry ma'am nd tht they will remake the order nd it wastes a lot more time than I originally expected. Normally it's a 15-20 minute wait nd it ends up takng 30-45 mins instead. I always open the box to check the pizza before I take it wth me, since tht has been happening to me. They gave me the wrong order one time. One time they jst gave me a pizza nd didnt even cut it. How am I supposed to eat tht!? Wht do they expect me to own a pizza cutter.
