*Being on a transcanadian trip, this review is compare to other Tim and not to other restaurants in the area. Showing up half an hour before closing, we discovered they no longer was able to offer "kitchen service" and we wanted a toasted bagel with butter... Meanwhile, they still add bagel in their display and could have easily offer us with a plain toasted bagel with a knife and butter on the side but the only answer offered was we cannot offer you anything and I rather turn my back and keep cleaning up than to offer you any alternative to what you need. So I presume is the cie policy to have the place all clean up when they close and that they put the pressure on their employees to do it half an hour before closing time instead of paying them the X amount of time it takes to do it once they are close.... But seriously, this was a biggest lack of customer service I've seen in a while in such a restaurant and it top off that one time when a Tim employee came back with a timbits flavor they didn't had on display... unable to speak since he had a...
Read moreThis could have easily been a 5-star review, but here's where they lost stars:
The elderly lady who served me was not polite. She was not knowledgeable or even willing to try to find out what percent cream they used (I am counting carbs and fats so I need to know what I am drinking {which I never found out 😠}). Although no one was behind me in line, the lady was impatient (and no, I wasn't being slow or indecisive). After paying I received my order but it wasn't labelled properly (not a big deal), but it took an incredibly long time of me waiting at the counter for anyone to ask me if I needed anything (I needed to know which coffee was which).
I wouldn't dock them a star for this, but the drive-through was closed so I had to go in for my order.
One worker lost the business 4 stars. I would recommend management look into how their employees are representing...
Read moreThis Tim Horton's stands out as one of the finest in the city. After a series of many disappointing visits to the Oliver Road location and no sympathy from their terrible manager, I have returned to this establishment. Despite working near Oliver Road, I drive all the way to Sibley Dr and back for my Tim's fix due to the superior service here and the fact that they appreciate their customers. The blonde lady with glasses who works the morning shifts is always friendly, and errors are very rare at this location. On the very rare occasions when mistakes have occurred over the years, they have always addressed my concerns promptly. Additionally, the lines here move far quicker than at Oliver Road despite being a single lane, (Oliver Rd usually has one closed anyway.) and the overall operation of this store is just more efficient and accurate. This store and its staff deserve...
